Service advisor was great. Facilities were clean. Only issue, they had my car box end and had to back up 2 car lengths, to get out. I thought valet was to bring your car. But they just gave me the keys and had to walk over and get the car. They don?t need valet it this the case.

They have excellent work and give a very good support during and buying vehicle. They take arround to chose your choice. Every working are very supportive.

hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!

He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. He works around customers' schedule & makes sure all safety issues for the car are taken care of. He would give you lots of options even if you don't have the funds for repairs. Faith(Cust ser) was EXCELLENT!!!! Oil change was fast! Checked in at 2:30, dealership closed at 4. It took about an hour. I had an online coupon which made a big difference in my visit
