I hate buying cars, but overall it was a good experience. The sales reps were professional and knowledgeable and found me the car that i wanted. The only glitch is that the first car that i signed a contract for was going to come from a different dealer in less than a week. For some reason, I was called several days later that the car fell through and was not available. They did find me the exact same car within the next 30 days and honored the original contract to include the trade in value of my Nissan Armada.

She was very professional, polite, kept me well informed on what was going on with my car and answered any of my questions. I also like that you can keep tabs on the status of your car through the link they send you.

The facility is great, clean (even the bathrooms) spacious well lighted, welcoming and friendly - overall very positive customer experience — it is a faith based family run business that does not apologize for its faith or values.
