This was a big ticket item and I needed all the information necessary to make an "informed decision" Leo & Mostafa were extremely patient including during the negotiation process since I was looking to get "best bang for my buck" Ultimately, I ended up with a price I was willing to say for said Truck.I encourage all individuals looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to check out Continental Toyota! The only regret I have is that I was not privy to the "Special Financing" that continued into the month of April. It would have given me some additional leverage...

I ended up needing to go to an out-of-state dealership to find the unique color combo and options package I was looking for. Just picked up my 2023 Sienna XLE sold to us by Veronica Sosa. Couldn’t be happier. These vehicles are in high demand and we just paid a bit over list, without any options that we didn’t want or need ( it’s pretty loaded as is). No b.s. from Veronica or the dealership period. they honored everything they said on the phone and email to a "t". YOU SHOULD BY YOUR NEXT TOYOTA FROM CLASSIC TOYOTA PERIOD, and ask for Veronica Sosa!. Been looking for a Toyota Sienna XLE for months in the Chicagoland area. Most dealers want between $5-$10k over list, plus options that we ( i.e.: most folks) didn’t want or need. Other dealers " say" they will sell for list, but then won’t take a deposit over the phone, and want you to come in, where we all know they will sock it to you, or require you to have them provide financing at a ridiculous high interest rate. Stop wasting your time and hard earned money, and go to Classic Toyota and be sure to work with Veronica Sosa .

He secured the deal with a knowledgeable but very low pressure approach which I greatly appreciated. That isn’t always the case as a female shopping for a car. They called promptly and gave me information about the car but unfortunately this car wasn't eligible for a tax credit.

Great service! I was greeted by Leo at the door, told him I was interested in the RAV4 and he explained the difference between the hybrid versus the regular RAV4. Made a deal, car was ordered and he kept me informed on the status of car before it arrived for pickup. My experience was a very good one.

An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. Comfortable and clean lounge areas with plush chairs for waiting and plenty of connections for laptops or phones if you need to do some work while waiting. I always work with Darryl who does an exceptional job for me. He’s very professional as well as being personable. Ask him anything about the work that needs to be done and he always has the correct answer. Darryl is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Elgin Toyota
