I recently bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid from Sun Toyota. My experience was not short of wonderful. Chris Robinson helped me find my dream car and was more than fair with the trade in price for the Camry that I was trading in. Everyone from Chris to the guys in finance and service were so nice and professional. I have been buying cars from Sun Toyota for almost 15 years and have always received excellent treatment. This time was no different, but I have to acknowledge Chris Robinson for making everything so easy and smooth. The whole process took less than two hours. I drove off the lot with my new Camry Hybrid, and all my Bluetooth devices set up for me (thanks to Chris). I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

I has my NX250 serviced today. My advisor was Jose. Prior to having my car serviced he explained everything to me and stated that it would take approximately an hour and a half. I also had a question about my audio system and he was able to answer it right away. My car was returned to me faster than Jose had started washed and ready to go. Jose was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership for all your needs.

One of the best vehicles I have ever owned; I do t drive much annually so the wear and tear is limited and low; if I do buy another vehicle in my life time it will be a Toyota.

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

A little too big for myself but I love this car. I had a used Rav4 before, drove about 10 years, loved it. Also I was able to sell it pretty high price ($4,500) comparing the year and the mileage (over 200,0000 miles). So that is one of the reason why I bought Rav4 again.

I've have a Rav 4 premium wich was purchased in feb2021.ive had zero problems and the car accelerates like a rx350 which I cannot understand where people want to tell you the car is slow . the car was purchased because of extreme back problems which I am on disabled for.the car does everything as well as my dad's girlfriend's 2017 Rx 350.the gas mileage is amazing.

First & foremost I did NOT purchase a vehicle from them but that was because I got a better deal with a closer dealership. HOWEVER, GEOFF (pronounced Joff) was THE BEST salesman I ever dealt with. He was very kind and extremely helpful when I was looking at their Chevy SS sedan. He made sure all my questions were answered and thoroughly explained everything to this first time buyer. I NEVER spoke with him before this encounter and just read a google review on the business & someone mentioned his name because he helped so I asked for him. When I am in the market for a Tahoe I will DEFINITELY return to him. He even made sure to follow up with me after my purchase at the other dealership to make sure everything went smoothly & that I understood everything. GREAT JOB GEOFF!

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

After having my Kia Soul stolen 2 times, the second time they totaled it, I wanted a good coar with better safety features. I got the Toyota, and I have had no regrets at all. Drives great, gives good gas milage, and performance, Starts right up, and offers the features I want in a car.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

Their used car dealership is actually about 1/2 mile north of the new car showroom. Visted to see a vehicle advertised but after several minutes they said that it wasn't available because it had mechanical issues. I felt the old bait and switch hit me. John Harp helped me and actually showed me another vehicle and let me test drive it. He was very patient and took time to explain fees and give me information. If it wasn't for his honesty and patience, I would never try to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Absolutely love the RAV4, good space and a fierce exterior. The engine can be lagging at times and sound “tiny”. Overall, a great vehicle nonetheless!

My experience with JEEP New Port Richey was excellent throughout. Highly professional, very good communication very personable staff. The only difficulty with the experience was the delayed manufacturing and delivery time of the vehicle. This took about six months. The dealership was helpful and communicative throughout this delay and I am very appreciative of their service. Other than that, everything was great.

no matter how basic a car the ability to open your garage door should be standard. rav4 LE strips too many basic needs. toyota stop being cheap get in the game

Definition of practical while being affordable. All the bad reviews are because the geniuses who purchases them did no research. Auto Off engine kills your battery life, leaving it off is perfect. Packed with safety features, you want your kids in this car 100%. 28 mpg in the city and 35+ in 55 MPH zones. I get 38 mpg highway normally. Sure you can pay $35k+ for a hybrid, but this is well engineered already.

Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!
