Jason Hinkle, the best sales person I have ever met at a new car dealership. It has been more than a year since I purchased a car at this dealership, but I choose to write this review now, to ensure that my observations are true and my opinions are not clouded by the initial excitement of the new car purchase.
Jason pays attention to your car buying needs, responds honestly and makes sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. My mum needed a car urgently and Jason and another sales person worked with another dealership in a different city 200 miles away and got us the car in the exact color we wanted with all the bells and whistles we asked for within 2days and delivered it to my doorstep, exactly at the promised time. Can you imagine that, a car delivered to your doorstep? I heard a knock on my door at the said date and time and I opened the door to find Jason with the keys to my mum's new car. He is a pleasant person and very professional in his dealings. He builds a very good rapport with all his customers. I have experienced it and I see it while I am at the dealership. I can vouch for his attitude towards customers. He is an amazing person. There were umpteen number of times when we needed something or the other answered about the features or functioning of the car after the sale, and Jason was there helping us. In fact, after a year of our new car purchase, we were looking for a used car and guess who did we first call, it was Jason. He recognizes you instantly on the phone and starts to help you with your queries and advices you on what is available on the lot. It feels like you just called up a friend and they are paying attention to what you say.
If you do not want a high pressure sales environment, call Jason. If he worked with you in the past, and he notices you in the dealership, he stops by to say a hello. He never ignores any of his past or present customers. I am sure that all potential buyers who have decided to work with this dealership, if they give Jason a chance they will be pleasantly surprised that sales people like him still exist and there is no doubt, he will help you get the car of your choice and meet all your expectations.
Ross Ford Toyota has got themselves a hardworking and a very good sales person on their team. Just make sure you ask for Jason on your first visit at the dealership and you will know why.
