I've owned mine for a couple of months. Lots of technology to figure out. As a hybrid, it's good on gas but also provides the "kick" I need when needed. I like all the automatic things like door locking, voice commands, etc. Drives smoothly as well. Good value. I'm happy with the car for sure...

Pax was very helpful through the whole ordeal. He was a bit busy at times but that is to be expected. Left with the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price point. They were able to shop around and get an interest rate 2% better than my pre approval from my credit union!! As an out of stater, they treated me very well and I’d recommend them to anyone considering buying from them.

Although the hybrid is best for Intown use I have put over 100,000 miles of highway miles with consistently good few mileage being over 30 with no problems whatsoever with this vehicle

Work was done well. Car was returned very clean. Looked brand new. Communication could have been better. Car was ready on a Friday but no call. Could not get it until Monday.

Drove it from Roanoke to Pittsburgh and encountered snow. It handled the snowy road with ease. Rode well and had no safety concerns. The front camera got covered with snow and kept giving signals which was agitating. Overall a very stable car.

This car was a big upgrade from my 2011 Corolla, and I was looking for something with more room and newer features, but still great mileage. The Rav is fun to drive, great at handling roads even in bad weather, and the many features like lane assist, blind spot detection, and smart follow assist on cruise control are small but incredibly handy. I have had the car less than a month but feel like I’m discovering new features every time I drive! Toyota truly delivers a lot in this SUV package.

Had a reliable 2014 Prius v for 6 years...until kids moved to snowy mountain area. I tired of chaining up the Prius, so we bought a lease-return Rav4 hybrid XLE. Personally, I'm disappointed that the v wagon was discontinued and never offered with AWD. That's the car I would have bought new. But, for the money and reliability, the CPO Rav4 is the next best choice. Good fuel economy, lane assist, power lift gate, plenty of room, CPO warranty, so really can't complain. I do miss the Prius wagon, though...

Nick and Alladin were wonderful! Nick helped with the details and Alladin with the test drive and showing me all the features!! Both were wonderful and I absolutely love my Rubicon!!! They didn't pressure us to decide, but when we did, they moved quickly to get the car ready and the paperwork completed. I recently purchased a truck from SAG Denver, I have had a very positive and professional experience with the sales and service departments. I normally avoid dealerships at all costs, however I came across a beautiful truck that I was having difficulty finding on the private market. I enquired online and was replied to very expediently. I received a no pressure call from a sales person who scheduled an appointment with me. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted immediately. I test drove the truck with Tracey, who by the way, I highly recommend working with. After driving and inspecting the truck for a bit, I detected what is a common mechanical problem with that type of truck. I brought it up to Tracey and the sales manager Dan and my concerns were immediately acknowledged and validated. Dan did not try to gloss over my concern or argue that there was an issue, instead, he gracefully offered to have the repairs made along with any other contributing or resulting damage as needed. I left the truck with them to begin the repairs, unfortunately it was a bit more involved than originally thought. There ended up being a significant amount of engine work needed, nothing that could have possibly been detectable without opening up the motor. I think most dealerships would have somehow tried to find a way to charge me or unwind the deal rather than proceed with completing all necessary repairs and making the truck run properly. I have several other vehicles so I wasn't by any means inconvenienced, however I did purchase the truck because I had to haul some things for family. After the repairs ran into an extended period of time I did email to express my concerns, I received a call from Dan offering me another truck from their inventory until the repairs were completed on mine. I can't express enough how impressed and pleased I am with the entire experience with Springs Automotive in Denver, I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

Bought a used Ford F-150 and Ford Explorer from Johnny @ Fairly Reliable Bob's and couldn’t be happier! Both vehicles were in great shape and had fair prices. The whole team, especially Johnny, provided outstanding service, worked hard to get us a great deal, and never once pressured us or was dishonest.
