This is my 3rd RAV4 Hybrid XLE It's a well made vehicle. Reliable. Comfortable. Efficient. Quiet It has all the comfort features I consider necessary.

Started on-line. Did a lot of research, visited the website many times before speaking with someone. Beth was great to work with. Very efficient, asked the right questions, then went to work. Found the car that met all of my needs AND wants. She kept me informed of progress of delivery, and even escorted me to the dealership from the Park-n-Ride where I was dropped by the bus. Saturday, so they were busy & detailing took longer than expected, but overall excellent experience.

Always looking for any excuse to get behind the wheel...so much fun to drive! Love the gas mileage too...averaging 40 miles per gallon. Live it!

Found a desk area with electrical outlet the chairs were kind of old and banged up, and it was kind of in the vending area. Wi-Fi was good for working, but the coffee area was all out of packets for coffee. Good service and they got me out quickly through the process for an oil change the first one on my vehicle and the first service at that location. It was good the The cut customer service was good

Gas mileage sums it up. Between 40-45 mpg. It’s a very solid vehicle. No problems at all. Very happy with this purchase. Plenty of pick up. Better then the all gas Rav

If I could rate my experience with 100 stars I would! This dealership does not pay on commission which made the whole experience less stressful and they have a great inventory along with a great staff. My husband and I went to this dealership because they had all the vehicles I was interested in test driving. When we arrived we were greeted by Vanessa. Let me tell you how lucky we were to have her. She is so caring, enthusiastic, took pride in her work and was never pushy. Once we narrowed it down to purchasing a 2021 Ford bronco she was very thorough in explaining everthing as we went through the paperwork and options. I feel like I gained a friend after working with Vanessa. Even after I bought the bronco she continued to text me to make sure everything was alright and even mailed us a thank you card, which I greatly appreciated. Then during our purchase, we were blessed with Tyler who jumped in to help. He knew everything about broncos and sat with us for over an hour pointing out the different features and answering my 5 million questions. He also assisted us in getting the ford pass app set up on our phone. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone whether you are interested in buying or still trying to determine what you want to buy! The RAV4 Hybrid is an amazing vehicle. Currently 5,000 miles 42.6 miles to the gallon. Great ride, great A/C looks awesome, Michelin tires, nice accessories and JBL sound system
