Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

He seemed knowledgeable and honest. He answered our questions well and was responsive to our requests.

If you are looking for an excellent, reliable crossover, the RAV4 is it. Also like the hybrid, as it is a major move toward eco-friendliness, getting great gas mileage

Excellent AWD Hybrid. So far getting at least 46 MPG. Seats could use a little more support. Outside of that, vehicle is all you could ask.

I bought a 23 RAV4 SE hybrid. It gets no lie 45 mpg in town. Live in Grand Junction Co. Got it at Western slope Toyota, a great place to buy your Toyota. Anyway, It,s a great Suv for the money. I would never go back to a just gasoline engine car.

As for the woman who was trying to sell us packages to add on. We almost bought a package that would cost us 800. It was already on the car. Did not appreciate that! Dave Redick was next. Some of our paper work does not match up so we will need to go back. The woman rep that he talked to didn’t even apologize. Like it was no big deal to drive back and have our paper work corrected. My husband is very ill and it is a challenging to go back to the dealership. Again Steve was great!

We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. We were fortunate to be able to purchase 2 new vehicles in 2023 from Luther Brookdale Toyota and love the vehicles. We did want a hybrid then but did not get one as we thought we'd have to plug it in. Since talking to someone who had bought a hybrid twin of our gas powered RAV 4, we dicovered that was not the case. We came back to Luther Brookdale Toyota this year to trade the gas only RAV 4 we loved for a new hybrid RAV 4. The staff from sales, finance, accessories, service to customer service both then and now are absolutely awesome.
