Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid for sale near Los Altos, CA

Peter was super helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. As soon as I walked in he great me with a smile and asked me if I need help. Extremely stable and smooth ride. Good sound system. Ready availability of dealers, service, parts, etc.. Quite comfortable seating. Very extensive owner's manual. Very effective safety features.

Tony, our sales rep, did not pressure us into a sale. He let me test drive two different vehicles to see if I really wanted the turbo engine. He found a vehicle which had the features we wanted and saved us money. I highly recommend working with Tony Vo when you are looking for your vehicle.

Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

I did the pre-approval through CapitalOne, called to verify the car I wanted was still available, Mini 2012. Spoke with Louis, and met with him 30 minutes before closing. The car I was approved for was not available in a manual transmission, however he did have a similar model slightly older but in great shape. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 20 minutes. He was thorough, and even dropped the price and gave me better financing options than I expected. I highly recommend Louis of Oakland Toyota. He is fair, efficient, and works in the best interest of his customer.

If you are looking for an excellent, reliable crossover, the RAV4 is it. Also like the hybrid, as it is a major move toward eco-friendliness, getting great gas mileage

Check it was slow. Could have been faster. A lot of waiting but once checked in,,it moved faster. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

Excellent AWD Hybrid. So far getting at least 46 MPG. Seats could use a little more support. Outside of that, vehicle is all you could ask.

I bought a 23 RAV4 SE hybrid. It gets no lie 45 mpg in town. Live in Grand Junction Co. Got it at Western slope Toyota, a great place to buy your Toyota. Anyway, It,s a great Suv for the money. I would never go back to a just gasoline engine car.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. He is a great person and a very nice guy. I just say tku very much Tim, for helping us to do this posible. And I hope you get a lot of clients after this review. Received an oil change in record time. Had many questions answered about my Chrysler Pacifica. Melody(advisor) was courteous and professional. David(Manager) was knowledgeable and unhurried. Could not have been better.

I am a new customer to Steven's Creek Toyota and I am here to give great kudos to Josh Pourkhorsand and Lance Nguyen for their patience and diligence to their jobs. Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. Got it washed and detailed before I bought it. If I need anything, Josh made me feel that I could call him at anytime. Lance gave me the same feeling! He works in the Finance department and he was patient and had a great sense of humor also. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. I bought this car online and dealt with Cesar, my sales rep. He was amazing and along with the general manager made the buying process simple and easy. They sent me photos and we facetimed to be able to see the car inside and out in detail. Cesar picked me up at the airport, had paperwork ready, test drove the car with me, had the vehicle nicely detailed and with a full tank of gas and showed me all the new features on my new car. I was very thankful for that because much has changed with MB and so much more technology to learn from my 2010 E class. The ride and comfort of the GLC300 is superb and driving it over 2000 miles homes was such a pleasure.
