I don’t know about everyone else? But I had a great experience buying a new car! Neida and Vanessa were absolutely fantastic. They were with me the entire time. Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

Went to Honda to inquire about a light warning and ac. Adrian was able true professional. He advised me of the ac issue and took care of all my ac issues. Excellent customer service

Excellent AWD Hybrid. So far getting at least 46 MPG. Seats could use a little more support. Outside of that, vehicle is all you could ask.

I bought a 23 RAV4 SE hybrid. It gets no lie 45 mpg in town. Live in Grand Junction Co. Got it at Western slope Toyota, a great place to buy your Toyota. Anyway, It,s a great Suv for the money. I would never go back to a just gasoline engine car.

I have a 2011 Prius that has only been serviced at West Kendall Toyota. I have had many service advisors over the past 10 years that were just OK or not good at all. Kelly Monroy is by far the best! She is very professional, respectful and polite. She goes above and beyond the basic service level. Kelly actually walked through the dealership to find me and give me an in person update on my car instead of a phone call or text. I'll ask for Kelly every time I come to West Kendall Toyota, She gets an A from me.

2/5/22 I was with my 2020 tacoma for installing 4 new tires. they told me to wait 2 hours to receive my car finished. About a little more than 2 hours they called me to pay for it and told me to go outside for my car. I had talking with the man at office # 4 who assisted me and told me that in 5 minutes my car will be with me. He told me that two times when I was to see him and half an hour later my car was there. The man who was driving told me that he could not find my car. This is second time that this happens to me with my cars and I think that this dealer has many very skilled mechanics an need to make some changes to improve the return of cars.

My only complaint was the wait. My appointment was 10:30 am. I had to wait almost 40 minutes in my vehicle before I personally got out of my car to complain about the long wait. My rep was Cesar. Finally a few minutes later Cesar appeared and he was very apologetic. This was my second experience with Cesar. That?s why I asked for him again because he was very professional. I highly recommend Cesar.
