I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

I love everything about this car! I had an all electric Leaf for 10 years and was very happy with it, However, there was too much limitation on how far I could go. I came into just do the routine maintenance oil change and they did the five point inspection and found out that I needed to have two of my front brake pads replaced The minute I walked there Mason remembered us and gave us a ride to the restaurant that's around the corner while we waited to get our car serviced and Zachary who assisted me Is very professional! He gave me an estimated time of 1:00 to get my brake pads replaced and gave me a discount and I'm telling you he was on point!! 0.1 minute after 1:00 My car was ready and I always get excellent customer service from the North Richland Hill location..Love this place!!

I was shopping for a RAV4 on cars.com, and acquired about a car at Cowboy Toyota. Luis Santos replied and was helpful and professional. He knew I was shopping at other dealerships, and he helped me work quickly to get to favorable terms. For whatever reason, most dealerships will not negotiate a final price by email and want you to go through the hassle of coming to their place to negotiate more. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota did not do that. He took my emailed offer to his manager, and we wrapped up negotiations quickly so that I knew I was coming to their dealership simply to purchase the car and fill out paperwork. Once there, Luis helped the paperwork go smoothly and had the car clean and ready for me to drive away. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota made what's usually an unpleasant process pleasant again. Phillip took care of me, as he always does! He’s my favorite advisor and he got me in and out fairly quickly. I had an appointment at 8:15am. I showed up an hour ahead and Phillip told me he would try to get me out within an hour and a half of my appointment time but I was out no later than 8:40am

He was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Not only did he listen to my needs and concerns, he went above and beyond to find me the best vehicle possible to meet those needs and my payment concerns. I love the car he found. It was everything I wanted and affordable. Melissa Pattison, Finance Mgr, was extremely helpful. She explained what I was signing and then gave me my options to consider. Best part, she explained all the options and benefits but unlike some people you met elsewhere, she was not pushy, there was no hardsale. She listened and really made Finance a pleasant experience. Mark Kitchen, Business Finance Director, stopped by to check how everything was going and then thanked me and my wife for our business. He can always be seen moving around the sales floor checking with people to make sure everything is going right. They are all so personable.
