I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

I LOOKED AT SEVERAL USED BMW PRIOR TO PURCHASE THE ONE FROM SILVER STAR AND THEY WERE ALL HAVING ISSUES OR THEIR SALES MAN WERE PUSHY AND MAKE ME UNCOMFORTABLE , BUT AT SILVER STAR FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN I WAS APPROACHED BY RAY AND HE MADE ME FELT AT EASE HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HE KNEW BMW VERY WELL AND HE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME A CAR AND HE JUST INFORMED ME AND ALLOWED ME MAKE THE BUYING DECISION , AFTER TEST DRIVE HE SHOWED ME ALL THE SERVICE THEY HAVE DONE TO THE CAR PRIOR BEING OFFERED FOR SALE WHICH MADE ME AT EASE OF KNOWING THAT THESE GUYS TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS,

I love everything about this car! I had an all electric Leaf for 10 years and was very happy with it, However, there was too much limitation on how far I could go. Now I am free to go any distance and feel good about still lowering the use of fossil fuels. Lots of storage room, Sun/Moon Roof!! Good all around vision. Runs like a dream.

I was shopping for a RAV4 on cars.com, and acquired about a car at Cowboy Toyota. Luis Santos replied and was helpful and professional. He knew I was shopping at other dealerships, and he helped me work quickly to get to favorable terms. For whatever reason, most dealerships will not negotiate a final price by email and want you to go through the hassle of coming to their place to negotiate more. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota did not do that. He took my emailed offer to his manager, and we wrapped up negotiations quickly so that I knew I was coming to their dealership simply to purchase the car and fill out paperwork. Once there, Luis helped the paperwork go smoothly and had the car clean and ready for me to drive away. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota made what's usually an unpleasant process pleasant again. I have been going to Pat Lobb Toyota since it opened and 90% of the time the service has always been good. They keep my 2002 4Runner LTD in top shape. The service people are professional and take the time to explain what work needs to be done to you vehicle and the cost. I would definitely recommend them.

I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax. I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model. I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).
