What sold me on this car: not all screen, some buttons Kick open trunk Good mpg Reliability of Toyotas Overhead 360 camera Past success with Toyota Spare tire in hidden compartment in trunk Negatives I have found out since buying it: For shorter people, hard to keep heel on floor unless seat is all the way up Uncomfortable drivers seat. I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

Benny was very helpful and made my car buying experience super easy. I was able to get all of the information I needed before I even arrived to see the car. Once I arrived it was a matter or signing and driving.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

On my latest visit I checked in with Klaus Cobb the service representative That I have used for years. Klaus is very friendly and professional at all times. He tells you an approximate time for it to be ready, and will check in with you durning your wait. I have used Al Hendrickson for years and never had a bad experience with the service or the staff. The service department is exceptional! I live in Aventura and was in the Kendall area when I encountered a problem with my A/C, and with 90-degree weather outside, this was worst case scenario for me. I didn't have an appointment and was scared I'd wait an eternity. I was taken in almost immediately, explained the problem, and my issue was solved within two hours (that is crazy fast considering service was pretty busy AND I didn't have an appointment). Very happy with their services and prices aren't bad at all. Not sure if they'll become my go to for service considering how far they are from me, but I'm very satisfied and will recommend them to my friends and family. Give them a shot! You won't regret it.

Their customer service is just wow! I unfortunately couldn’t purchase the car same day but the service I received was unlike any other. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all, no one judged me or treated me differently. I’ve experienced horrible service in other Toyota dealers but not this one. HIGHLY recommend.
