I purchased my first Tacoma in 2006. I just traded it in and bought another Tacoma on Saturday 12/07/2024.The trade in value was low. But i drove the 2006 for 18yrs and got every cents worth out of it, plus some. I am confident enough with Irwin Motors to believe I can do the same with my new Tacoma. This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

The whole process was easy hassle free. I couldn’t be happier with my Tacoma and James Salta at Irwin’s will certainly be my go to guy for car purchases

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

Drove up from Long Island, NY and bought my brand new 2025 Toyota Camry XSE from Irwin Automotive Group in Laconia, NH. Mark Faro, the Sales Associate, was very helpful, communicated well, and made the experice a pleasant one. The price was excellent, and the turn around quick and efficient. At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

I bought a Gold Certified 2023 Rav4 Hybrid from Brian Fortier and found the whole experience to be simpler and more relaxed than any car buying experience I have had in the past. I had an incredible experience at White River Toyota. I worked with Alyssa Bruno and really appreciated how thorough and honest she was regarding helping me narrow down what I was looking for. She explained all the features, answered all my questions, and helped me set up the app connections before leaving the lot. I followed up a few days later with a windshield wiper issue and my vehicle was immediately brought into a bay, wipers fixed, and they removed all the ice and snow from the outside of the car. Very appreciated. I feel very confident I can contact them at anytime for assistance.

Working with Lincoln Newton was a pleasure. He went the extra mile to update a Highlander Hybrid Platinum that was in the dealership allocation schedule with the color and extras that we wanted. He beat a price from another dealership and provided weekly updates on delivery. He also facilitated all paperwork and that shortened the purchase time. Lincoln helped with the customer setups for phones and custom settings, providing a tutorial as he went. Excellent overall experience.

I bought a 2012 Prius V from McGee. It had low mileage and was cosmetically in great condition inside and out. My sales person was very friendly and easy to work with, though not having many details about the car. I noted two items I wanted addressed before getting the car, and understood that one item likely wouldn’t be fixed as it was cosmetic and would be labor intensive to repair. I was fine with that. When i received the car I discovered that’s the defroster and several other buttons on the climate control weren’t working. Living in northern VT, that was a major concern for me. It took several conversations with several folks at McGee before we reached a resolution. The important thing for me was that they continued to talk as long as they felt I had a credible concern, and helped fund a reasonable solution. I have learned a lot in the process. And I’m happy with my car, which is being repaired later this week. You can tell a lot about a company by how they engage when there’s a problem. I’m very happy with my experience at McGee! Highly recommended!
