Great experience, Derrick the salesman made purchasing my new Toyota Camry super easy. Keep in mind, this location is extremely busy as they sell more Toyotas than anyone else in the state. Ended up paying less than MSRP and im able to contact then if I have any questions. My first experience with the parts department was today as I went in to pick up a oil filter for my break in oil change, the two gentlemen behind the counter were super nice and willing to answer any questions I had. This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

They were honest and straightforward; they gave me a great deal on my old trade in and gave me a good deal on my new car. I was so confident in my purchase, that my husband did not even participate in the buying process. Today, when I go in to get my car serviced, I know I am being taken care of. In fact, every time I am there, the gentleman who sold me the car somehow finds me, and asks me how things are going. I have lived in different states, and have had experience with many different dealerships, and I have to say that Buckeye Toyota is special. I am a fan!

Recently bought a new RAV4 from Tony. We really hesitated, a huge decision. Working with Tony was awesome! We had previously purchased cars from John Williams, who recently retired. My wife and I recently purchased a new Sienna, which we enjoy driving. Last week I brought it to Byers for scheduled service since we are planning on a driving trip to visit relatives in other states. Byers has earned our trust over the years - I used to bring in a Corolla for all required service and got over 360000 miles out of that car!

I have been saving for a new Highlander for 2 years in the color of Ruby Pearl. I went in to order my new SUV and Troy informed my because of the situation stemming from covid it could take up to 6 months to come in. Well he was correct it did take 6 month but I love, love my new Highlander. Troy kept me informed the whole time and even offered me a few other ones that came in, just in case I was tired of waiting. I have been coming to Byers Toyota for over 10 years for service on my 4 Runner and the service dept is also excellent. I would absolutely recommend Byers Toyota!

My experience was good Madison was very nice when taking care of me. My only critique was that I only got one update text. Updates are important to me as customer as they ease the mind while you wait as your car is being serviced, this is the first time this has ever happened and that’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.
