New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid SUVs for sale near Omaha, NE

We had a good experience working with Justin at Village Pointe Toyota. He worked very hard to make the process a good one. However, We were delayed for over an hour in completing the final paperwork process. It was odd because our appt was at 10:30 am. There wasn't alot going on but for some reason we were kept waiting with no real explanation. It just felt that the salesperson had to keep stalling us. I feel like they should have been more up front as to what the delay was for and we might not have felt so frustrated.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

Fernando did an outstanding job, we walked in gave him 2 vehicles and scenarios. He asked our preference, executed the showing and sale with prompt, professional service and repeatedly checked to make sure everything was going the way we wanted. We chose the purchase we wanted, he made it happen most Ricky Tic. He noticed some minor detailing issues, did not delay our exit by sending it back. He grabbed a rag and cleaner and apologized for the delay and went hard it to get it to his standard, we didn't even notice what he saw. That's a team player taking some pride in his craft. At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

I want to thank my salesmen Ethan Lugo for the greatest experience I’ve ever had buying a car. He was very personable, right to the point, he doesn’t cut around the bush about what you need and what’s best but he also respects my input as well.
