What sold me on this car: not all screen, some buttons Kick open trunk Good mpg Reliability of Toyotas Overhead 360 camera Past success with Toyota Spare tire in hidden compartment in trunk Negatives I have found out since buying it: For shorter people, hard to keep heel on floor unless seat is all the way up Uncomfortable drivers seat. I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

Great first service experience! Staff was friendly, efficient, and explained everything clearly. My 2025 RAV4 feels smooth after the tire rotation. Definitely recommend this service center.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

I like Toyota of Katy, because here I can get the best professional help from Finance Manager Don Pollard, Assistant Service Manager Clint Rice, Sales Consultant Luis and used car Consultant Rafael. I appreciated their Awesome professional activities.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!

It's a very friendly place they do not waste your time. I was in and out in 1 hour with a new truck. What took the longest was to wash it and get it cleaned up. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

MUST READ ALL: I recently visited several Toyota dealerships within a 10 mile radius of AUTONATION more towards the Lake Jackson area. While shopping around to buy and trade in a vehicle here?s something important I learned: not all Toyota dealerships are the same. They?re individually owned and operated so what one dealership tells you may be completely different just a few miles down the road. That was definitely my experience. AutoNation Toyota was the third dealership I visited and it was by far the best. Right from the moment I walked in the vibe was completely different. I wasn?t bombarded by 5?10 aggressive salespeople like I was at the Toyota dealership in Manvel. Honestly I feel bad for anyone going there without a strong will because the pressure was intense and uncomfortable. At AutoNation I was greeted respectfully and genuinely by Yoail (pronounced Joel) a kind and nonpushy salesperson who helped me right away. He brought in Samuel the manager who was just as considerate and worked with us to approve the numbers we had discussed. And shoutout to Chris in finance (from Chicago!), who made the paperwork process a breeze and actually enjoyable. What stood out the most is that they didn?t pressure me they didn?t try to upsell me on pointless addons and they gave me more for my tradein than the other places had offered. I highly recommend going to the dealership and asking for Rommel , he is the best salesperson we have ever had at this location. He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. We almost did not return after our last visit but we came back with him and were not dissapointed.
