This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

I highly recommend going to the dealership and asking for Rommel , he is the best salesperson we have ever had at this location. He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. We almost did not return after our last visit but we came back with him and were not dissapointed.

They?re really great about keeping you up to date with what?s going on with your car. I was really impressed by how vast their service area is, it?s HUGE!?

MUST READ ALL: I recently visited several Toyota dealerships within a 10 mile radius of AUTONATION more towards the Lake Jackson area. While shopping around to buy and trade in a vehicle here?s something important I learned: not all Toyota dealerships are the same. They?re individually owned and operated so what one dealership tells you may be completely different just a few miles down the road. That was definitely my experience. AutoNation Toyota was the third dealership I visited and it was by far the best. Right from the moment I walked in the vibe was completely different. I wasn?t bombarded by 5?10 aggressive salespeople like I was at the Toyota dealership in Manvel. Honestly I feel bad for anyone going there without a strong will because the pressure was intense and uncomfortable. At AutoNation I was greeted respectfully and genuinely by Yoail (pronounced Joel) a kind and nonpushy salesperson who helped me right away. He brought in Samuel the manager who was just as considerate and worked with us to approve the numbers we had discussed. And shoutout to Chris in finance (from Chicago!), who made the paperwork process a breeze and actually enjoyable. What stood out the most is that they didn?t pressure me they didn?t try to upsell me on pointless addons and they gave me more for my tradein than the other places had offered. I felt like a real person here not just another number walking through the door. They even offered some great incentives that helped make the deal even better! I?m extremely grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back when it?s time to shop for my kids? cars. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail.
