Great except....

Car looks and runs great. Money saver with the hybrid and very quick. The except is the horrible Scout GPS. No maps, nothing but voice, if you can get it to work at all. No Apple Play, so you’re basically stuck with aftermarket GPS like Waze... and I like Waze. Toyota put Apple Play in the 2019.., no help for the 2018

When we bought our Prius 2 1/2 years ago, we found the process easy. Our sales person, Andy, was polite and helpful. Now we came for what we thought was the 20,000 miles maintenance (we have some 19000 miles on the car) but the free maintenance included in the sale had expired. We were very pleasantly surprised to get the maintenance free of charge. That is really excellent customer service!!

2019 Rav Hybrid Limited A disappointment so far

I am not a big fan of the exterior styling, but I love the inside. The seats are some of the most comfortable I've experienced. The layout inside is very well designed. The interior noise is a little higher than I had hoped, but not intolerable. I wanted a mid sized SUV that felt more solid than the Honda HRV that I traded that also gets in the upper 30's for gas mileage. The Rav feels very solid on the road. It drives great. The mileage I'm getting so far falls well short of expectation. With a combination of in town and highway driving, I got just over 34 mpg on my first full tank. In town, I'm a reasonable, calm driver. On the highway, I'm driving a steady 75 mph. I did not expect to get 40 mpg. My expectation was 36-37. I'm not sure if mileage improves as the car breaks in?
