We really didn't need a new (for us) vehicle but visited the dealer with a friend who was in the market. She asked me to drive this Rav4 hybrid and I was so impressed with its smoothness, quiet and features that we bought it. Our older Rav4 (2005) is much noisier by comparison and we really loved it until now.

I had my second service appointment at Park's Chevrolet in Huntersville and it was absolutely great! Their online appointment system is easy to use. When I got there, Jordan greeted me. He is the friendliest service employee I have met. A great guy! Park's has an additional waiting room that is very nice and quiet. Jordan told me about it and I had it to myself. After they finished with my SUV, I asked Jordan for the complimentary carwash. He said no problem and they made it look great! PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

They paid a very fair price for my old car and were very professional about the whole process. It took about 30-45 min.

Ease in handling, great gas mileage (40 mpg), and the ability to remove items from the back without having to lift up helps keep my back healthy.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

Lindsay O'Neill was the service representative who helped me, and she was extremely professional and helpful when I had car troubles. Even when this location did not have a part needed, she did everything possible to make sure I was well taken care of and got my car back in a timely manner, even calling the delivery staff to let me know when the parts arrive.

Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

I have never had a bad experience at this location from purchasing my car to services. All employees are friendly and helpful. I do miss having my car washed however. I was told they no longer have a car wash.

The 2024 RAV4 Hybrid Limited is the best small family new SUV you can buy for the price, performance, safety, and reliability. Auto Nation Toyota delivered on their promise.

2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

Bryan was in constant contact with us during the whole process. Not pushy, but present. The other team members were also supportive and everything went smoothly. David & team were able to get me a great interest rate even though I had some hiccups on my credit score. I also needed to have service done since I drove my Kia Sportage pretty hard for work the first few months. They were very thorough, Ahretta followed up with me regularly, I loved how I could see all recommended services & prices to approve or decline via text, and I almost didn't recognize it at pick up since they had washed & waxed & vacuumed the inside. What a delightful surprise! Would 10/10 recommend.

This is my 3rd RAV4 Hybrid XLE It's a well made vehicle. Reliable. Comfortable. Efficient. Quiet It has all the comfort features I consider necessary.

There are certain things that a dealership can do to leave a lasting impression on their customers. My wife and I had such an occurrence yesterday. A very positive occurrence. We intended to purchase a new Toyota Sienna. But the key for us was my wife's ability (she is wed to a wheelchair) to actually get into the front seat passenger side since she cannot drive. No such luck. Unlike our 2020 Honda Odyssey, which is easy for her, the Sienna was unfortunately about 5 inches too tall for her to reach the seat. What made the experience so memorable for us was the combination of Mike Lasiter (salesman) and Eddie Powell (sales mgr). They tried so many different approaches including seeing if they could find a replacement seat which would allow my wife easier access. It was amazing to see these two work so hard to help a customer. Sure they wanted to sell a car. But they went way beyond that to help us. In addition, I cannot imagine a customer finding a better facility to both purchase a car and to also have it serviced. The dealership's attention to detail on customer service was amazing. They had 72 service bays, a wonderful seating area for their customers, actual food customers could purchase instead of just a vending machine and to top it off, they offered a manicure service , free of charge, to any customer waiting for their car. Try matching that at most dealers. Each employee we spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful (Yvette Pete Acree, etc). So the upshot of the visit was Eddie Powell and Mike Lasiter ended up recommending we go to Kia Union County dealership up the road and take a look at their vehicles which might fit my wife's need. So we did and ended up purchasing a new Kia minivan. And all the while I wished we could have become a customer of Scott Clark's dealership. So if you happen to be in the market for a new or used vehicle, I could not imagine a better sales and service experience or perhaps better said, a tremendous customer experience than that at Scott Clark Toyota. And no I am not a paid employee or anything like that. I am a customer who knows great customer service when he sees and experiences it.

I love everything about this car! I had an all electric Leaf for 10 years and was very happy with it, However, there was too much limitation on how far I could go. Now I am free to go any distance and feel good about still lowering the use of fossil fuels. Lots of storage room, Sun/Moon Roof!! Good all around vision. Runs like a dream.

Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

Great car, had it for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Gets upwards of 40 MPG all the time. The only downside is the seats are not terribly comfortable, especially on long car rides.

The ride and room are quite good. In cold weather the mileage is 35-37 mpg and in warm weather up to mid 40s. The 40 mpg noted on the sticker is quite obtainable based on the16k miles driven to date. Toyota also fixed the gas tank issue which my vehicle had.

I have owned my RAV4 Hybrid limited for 5 years now and am still in love with it! Overall, I have averaged over 34 mpg with about 60/40% highway/city driving. This car is very dependable and has been very affordable to service so far. The only issues it has are with infotainment screen freezing, fogging in rear lights, and rear auto hatch problems at times. The car is beautiful on inside with loads of compliments, has plenty of interior passenger and cargo space, and enough acceleration to get me where I need to go. Safety features are just as good as any standard car you can buy in 2021, my favorites are the auto high-beams and adaptive cruise control. I highly recommend this car if you are in the market for a used car, eons better than regular gas-engine cars. I will be keeping this car for at least another 3 years!

Good value. Great gas mileage and dependable. Car handles well and has a good sound system. Like other Toyotas, it does have a slightly louder interior noise especially upon accleration.

Gas mileage sums it up. Between 40-45 mpg. It’s a very solid vehicle. No problems at all. Very happy with this purchase. Plenty of pick up. Better then the all gas Rav
