Keith greeted us as we exited our vehicle. We had no appointment and only stopped by on our way to a dealership in Nashua. We had researched online and knew what we were looking for. Keith took us inside to his desk, offering coffee/water. He took time to get to know our wants and needs....he LISTENED! Two test drives later we bought our 4 Runner. Extremely stable and smooth ride. Good sound system. Ready availability of dealers, service, parts, etc.. Quite comfortable seating. Very extensive owner's manual. Very effective safety features.

The service is top notch and the department is run super efficiently. I was in and out in no time. Everyone was friendly and most knowledgeable.

2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

We walked in the dealership and initially no one came up to us. Then James Salta approached us and asked if he could help us. We told him we were thinking of buying a Ford Explorer. James was such a non pressuring salesperson. It was a pleasure working with him and buying a car through him. I would highly recommend James Salta.

I would like to thank Adel Mohammed Product Specialist at Irwin Automotive Group for his assistance on the purchase of my new ford truck. Adel cares about his customers, he is a no pressure salesmen and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. The only downfall to my experince was the wait time for financing I had to wait over an hour and a half for the finance director Adam Hoyt to sit with me. This was too long considering I had already had an appointment set up. Adel asked multiple times to get me in with him, while I waited.

Great car, had it for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Gets upwards of 40 MPG all the time. The only downside is the seats are not terribly comfortable, especially on long car rides.

After working thru the sales details with Mark Faro online, we were turned over to Seamus Mcnally, "The Guy with the Bow Tie", to manage the sales process. We bought our 2021 RAV4 Hybrid brand new at the end of 2020. We have been so happy with this car. Of course, the gas mileage is great with the hybrid engine. The car is roomy, comfortable, and handles well. No complaints. We have taken it on several long road trips. It has been totally reliable, no issues with the maintenance.

Service was excellent. Alex Santiago answered all my questions and provided excellent feedback. I couldn't ask for a better experience. The service I received was there Waxoyl Rustproffing. They did a great job on my 2022 GMC Canyon Elevation which I purchased from them back on February 25, 2025.

Gas mileage sums it up. Between 40-45 mpg. It’s a very solid vehicle. No problems at all. Very happy with this purchase. Plenty of pick up. Better then the all gas Rav

Excellent AWD Hybrid. So far getting at least 46 MPG. Seats could use a little more support. Outside of that, vehicle is all you could ask.

The RAV4 Hybrid is an amazing vehicle. Currently 5,000 miles 42.6 miles to the gallon. Great ride, great A/C looks awesome, Michelin tires, nice accessories and JBL sound system

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

Really a joy to own and drive. High off the ground with 4 wheel drive. Great MPG. Love the heated steering wheel and the automatic rear lift gate.
