The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. He was patient without being pushy and didn't treat me like I was silly just because I'm female--absolutely recommend!

PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

The ride and room are quite good. In cold weather the mileage is 35-37 mpg and in warm weather up to mid 40s. The 40 mpg noted on the sticker is quite obtainable based on the16k miles driven to date. Toyota also fixed the gas tank issue which my vehicle had.

My daughter and granddaughter were headed from OKC to Tulsa and the car was making a whining noise. They were able to stop at the dealership and luckily an appointment was available 15 minutes later. Ease in handling, great gas mileage (40 mpg), and the ability to remove items from the back without having to lift up helps keep my back healthy.

2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

My Service Tech, Dave, is excellent. He works with the shop to get my vehicle ASAP and follows up with them on the repair. This time it needs a part; 5-7 days shipping. So, a work around process was applied to get it working while we wait for the part. A nice touch toward Customer Satisfaction. Thanks!!

Good value. Great gas mileage and dependable. Car handles well and has a good sound system. Like other Toyotas, it does have a slightly louder interior noise especially upon accleration.

Great car, had it for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Gets upwards of 40 MPG all the time. The only downside is the seats are not terribly comfortable, especially on long car rides.

Morgan is the greatest. We have a Rav 4 hybrid and I have been very pleased with the service. The only issue I would have, if the wait is very long customer should be updated to the status of repair work being done. But the service is great! Car was given a good going over and fixed where needed. Morgan is extremely helpful!!! Keeps my vehicle running great

I love everything about this car! I had an all electric Leaf for 10 years and was very happy with it, However, there was too much limitation on how far I could go. Now I am free to go any distance and feel good about still lowering the use of fossil fuels. Lots of storage room, Sun/Moon Roof!! Good all around vision. Runs like a dream.

I had to replace my RAV4 after 12 years and dreaded the thought of car shopping. I decided to start at Post Oak since they had done excellent work on my RAV4 in the past. Tyler Rowe was so personable in his approach my guard just dropped and we just talked. He heard what I was saying and had a car in mind for my actual needs but also had vehicle 2 and 3 lined up In his mind for me. While I looked at the exterior of the first vehicle he went to grab the keys for that test drive but also came back with the option I thought I wanted. The 2019 RAV 4 Hybrid has been fun to drive, completely reliable and averages about 45 MPG in warmer months, 40 MPG in the winter. I.ve driven in the car in all conditions, from winter back roads in Maine to beach traffic in Florida. Plenty of room but not quite as much as my old Honda CRV. I have an LE and wish I had bought an XLE for the better seats and standard rear cross traffic alert. I use only the Apple Carplay for electronics and bypass the less relibable Toyota Entune system, plenty for what I need. Toyota is now addressing the early fuel shutoff problem by replacing the fuel sender and gas tank. Mine has this problem but I addressed by just putting the last couple gallons in slowly. I will be having my fuel tank and sender replace next week. This is the only problem I've had with the car, has not been a big deal to me. FWIW, the car was built in Japan and I have not had the other recall issues.

Reno did a good job at finding the car that fit our needs was a little more expensive but I was glad he kept looking. They made sure we were happy. I would use them again and if you need a ride this is the place to go to.
