2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

Victor was the best. No pressure, no BS, and very good at answering questions and explaining both the process for financing and the features of driving our new Ridgeline. SpriziWe were genuinely surprised at how easy and stress-free it was to deal with Victor and Northside Honda. We love our Ridgeline!

I love my RAV4 Hybrid !! It drives like a dream and it gets really goo gas mileage. I will replace this one for another. This is the vest ride I have ever had.

Took about 2-1/2 hours. No appointments for routine service. Done in time promised and while my wife waited. However, they called me to let me know the vehicle was ready because they didn't know she was in the waiting room.

Extremely stable and smooth ride. Good sound system. Ready availability of dealers, service, parts, etc.. Quite comfortable seating. Very extensive owner's manual. Very effective safety features.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

If you are looking for an excellent, reliable crossover, the RAV4 is it. Also like the hybrid, as it is a major move toward eco-friendliness, getting great gas mileage

I've owned mine for a couple of months. Lots of technology to figure out. As a hybrid, it's good on gas but also provides the "kick" I need when needed. I like all the automatic things like door locking, voice commands, etc. Drives smoothly as well. Good value. I'm happy with the car for sure...

This was my first time buying a car out of state and John Reyes made it as smooth as possible. He was always answering my (many) questions in a very timely manner and there were no hidden costs or fees. I had an issue with the shipping company, but that is a 3rd party which shipped my car from Texas to California so that is not his fault. He also said I would not need to go to the DMV, but that was not quite true (I had to go once for a VIN verification appointment). Assuming he did not know that, I would say this was an overall good buying experience, especially for my first out of state purchase. Overall would recommend (again, my experience was completely online (out of state), John seems like a very nice guy and will answer all of your questions and give you a no-BS out the door price. Excellent AWD Hybrid. So far getting at least 46 MPG. Seats could use a little more support. Outside of that, vehicle is all you could ask.

As everyone knows supply is hurting your chances of finding the vehicle you want. We've been considering two options; Highlander Limited or Hyundai Palisade. Took some time yesterday to go and drive each, although used to get an idea of what to expect. Drove the Toyota first, great car, plenty of room etc. Went to a second dealer to drive the Palisade but after waiting for the sales person for about 15 min we decided to look elsewhere. Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest, a smaller older dealership I'd say by the look of it but as it turned out the perfect stop. We were greeted by Adam upon arrival and he never stopped listening and showing us what was available. As we arrived a couple was looking at a Limited Palisade in Black, sweet ride and as it turns out we had the opportunity to buy it, just what we thought we wanted. However in the next row was a Palisade SEL Premium AWD in the perfect color inside and out. We drove it, bought it and love it. We received a very fair trade, military discount and an overall great experience. As everyone knows buyer a car takes time, Adam and Max in finance did their best to keep the process moving and light hearted. Thank you both Adam and Max, we're very happy with our purchase.

I love everything about this car! I had an all electric Leaf for 10 years and was very happy with it, However, there was too much limitation on how far I could go. Now I am free to go any distance and feel good about still lowering the use of fossil fuels. Lots of storage room, Sun/Moon Roof!! Good all around vision. Runs like a dream.

Just traded in our 2018 Highlander for a 2022 Highlander. Had some difficulties due to our work schedules, but Stephanie M was extremely helpful and made it all very easy. She even took time out and rescheduled an outside appointment to help us. Very helpful. Will go back again

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

I bought a 2023 Tundra TRD OR pickup this past weekend. I drove over 4 hours to make this purchase and everything from my first call to driving off the lot was remarkable! My salesman, Roger S was very personable and took the time to make sure everything was ready when I arrived. I was in and out in less than an hour and back on the road to head home. Ease in handling, great gas mileage (40 mpg), and the ability to remove items from the back without having to lift up helps keep my back healthy.

I recently purchased new (2025) 4 RUNNER from Universal Toyota. I worked directly with Nathaniel Salazar. This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Great car, had it for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Gets upwards of 40 MPG all the time. The only downside is the seats are not terribly comfortable, especially on long car rides.

The ride and room are quite good. In cold weather the mileage is 35-37 mpg and in warm weather up to mid 40s. The 40 mpg noted on the sticker is quite obtainable based on the16k miles driven to date. Toyota also fixed the gas tank issue which my vehicle had.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.
