Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

Was in a hurry, they got me in and out as promised. Always an easy decision to have the beemer serviced at this dealership. Friendly people.

I have owned my RAV4 Hybrid limited for 5 years now and am still in love with it! Overall, I have averaged over 34 mpg with about 60/40% highway/city driving. This car is very dependable and has been very affordable to service so far. The only issues it has are with infotainment screen freezing, fogging in rear lights, and rear auto hatch problems at times. The car is beautiful on inside with loads of compliments, has plenty of interior passenger and cargo space, and enough acceleration to get me where I need to go. Safety features are just as good as any standard car you can buy in 2021, my favorites are the auto high-beams and adaptive cruise control. I highly recommend this car if you are in the market for a used car, eons better than regular gas-engine cars. I will be keeping this car for at least another 3 years!

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

I’ve been dealing with another dealership for the 10 years and purchased (8) vehicles. I went to Nicaraguan Alan an as they were the only dealership that the vehicle I was interested in. On my initial phone call to them, the sales manager “ Marty” happened to answer the phone. I told what I was interested in and would be the in20 minutes. To my surprise the car was waiting at the front door and as I walk in the door Jamal was right there waiting for my arrival. Quite impressive!! Marty came over and introduced himself and sent Jamal and myself to go through the cars feature and take it for a test drive. Once we returned Marty was right there along with Jamal to answer all my questions. Never once did either of them loose their full attention on me. You just don’t see this level of customer service anymore. Once again quite impressive!! I pick up my vehicle today and without me knowing as I had some questions for Marty, Jamal had taken the plates from my old vehicle, had the car all set up with Onstar, had the charging station app downloaded amongst other things. These guys were very low keyed, full of information and truly made an effort to give me a fantastic deal. I officially have a new dealership now. She asked me to drive this Rav4 hybrid and I was so impressed with its smoothness, quiet and features that we bought it. Our older Rav4 (2005) is much noisier by comparison and we really loved it until now.

2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

Excellent AWD Hybrid. So far getting at least 46 MPG. Seats could use a little more support. Outside of that, vehicle is all you could ask.

Great car, had it for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Gets upwards of 40 MPG all the time. The only downside is the seats are not terribly comfortable, especially on long car rides.

Had an oil change, made an appointment 145 very busy ,out by 245 excellent service .

Ease in handling, great gas mileage (40 mpg), and the ability to remove items from the back without having to lift up helps keep my back healthy.

I bought a 23 RAV4 SE hybrid. It gets no lie 45 mpg in town. Live in Grand Junction Co. Got it at Western slope Toyota, a great place to buy your Toyota. Anyway, It,s a great Suv for the money. I would never go back to a just gasoline engine car.

Been buying Toyota vehicles since 1979. This particular 2015 vehicle has given me absolutely no problems other than two items that needed to be replaced after 10 years of service and 140K. I brought the car in the afternoon and they were not able to the repair before closing I was given a no cost rental vehicle without even asking. The last four Toyota?s were purchased from Ira Toyota. For a dealer, they are a classic act.
