Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Sienna, which we enjoy driving. Last week I brought it to Byers for scheduled service since we are planning on a driving trip to visit relatives in other states. Great experience, Derrick the salesman made purchasing my new Toyota Camry super easy. Keep in mind, this location is extremely busy as they sell more Toyotas than anyone else in the state. Ended up paying less than MSRP and im able to contact then if I have any questions. My first experience with the parts department was today as I went in to pick up a oil filter for my break in oil change, the two gentlemen behind the counter were super nice and willing to answer any questions I had. I have been saving for a new Highlander for 2 years in the color of Ruby Pearl. I went in to order my new SUV and Troy informed my because of the situation stemming from covid it could take up to 6 months to come in. Well he was correct it did take 6 month but I love, love my new Highlander. Troy kept me informed the whole time and even offered me a few other ones that came in, just in case I was tired of waiting. I have been coming to Byers Toyota for over 10 years for service on my 4 Runner and the service dept is also excellent. I would absolutely recommend Byers Toyota!

Recently bought a new RAV4 from Tony. We really hesitated, a huge decision. Working with Tony was awesome! We had previously purchased cars from John Williams, who recently retired. Tony’s personality was a perfect match for us. I would highly recommend working with him! And Gary in finance…wow, what an easy experience that was! We had a trade-in plus cash and it was a no-brainer. He was not pushy with extended warranty and assured us we can buy that in a few months once our finances are better.
