Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

Our family was looking for a car to export to Central America. We searched for some time for the right Kia EV9, and came across an EV9 that Michaels Autos had. It seemed to fit all our needs. We worked with Rich Gray. He was very knowledgeable about the export process, which made it easy. With other dealerships, they had no or very little knowledge of exporting a car directly from the dealership. But Rich knew what he was doing, which made working with him much easier. Since we are in California, and the dealership is in Orlando, we needed a dealership we could really work with well. We encountered dealerships that wouldn't work with us unless we came in person, but Rich made it easy. Since everything was going well up to this point, I had a friend go and look at the vehicle and test drive. The vehicle is top notch, just as posted. The price was great, and the fees were fair and transparent. I'm glad we came across this car on cars.com. If you are looking to export a great quality vehicle with a dealership that's knowledgeable of the export process, go with Michaels Autos... and ask for Rich! From the first call, until the vehicle was picked up by the shipping company, Rich was there every step of the way...Even after the money was received. Pictures, videos, updates, check in, communications with the shipping company, finding a new charging cable... You don't see that level of customer service very often anymore. Great little truck. will pretty much do all you need. Although comfort and engine are very lackluster. If you're tall, 6' and up. Buy the seat jackers you will need them. Autostart is very clunky as the engine shuts off when you open the door (so basically the same wear and tear as AutoStart/stop). the toyota app is not even on the table if you don't pay the subscription.

Juan was good from start to finish. Made sure that everything was working in the car that I picked out before delivering the car.

This is my 3rd Toyota truck 2022 (5th Toyota) I’ve only had this for a week and so far I’m loving the way it drives. All the plastic on interior, not so much. It looks okay but feel cheap. My biggest complaint so far is the all the cup holders are a tad to small for my water bottle, which I take everywhere I go and the color options in the model I wanted. I may have to ask my grandson to trade me back for my 2002 model or perhaps trade up when the new one comes out… we’ll see

I need an appraisal on a car .. Their appraisal is widely used and accepted.. I know I was made a fair offer ... Their offer put me in a good position for my trade in vehicle .. I have used them many times in the past and will do so again In The future

I was in the market for a small truck. I've owned lots of Hondas over the years with great success but I didn't like the way the Ridgeline looked. I knew Tacomas were known for reliability and resale value. I bought the off road model and so far, so good after a year and a half. I paid stcker price when they were selling for 2 or 3k over MSRP. It's probably still worth as much as I paid.

Worked on a used car deal remotely with them and it was refreshing to work with people who didn't play games with numbers or lure you in the door with artificially low prices then tack on a bunch of made-up fees. When i arrived to do the deal, I found the vehicle to be super-clean and well-prepared for delivery and they were set to honor the trade-in value we'd discussed. I only didn't purchase because I got cold feet (trading in a low-mileage Lexus for used BMW worried me). Too bad, they were good to deal with.

Nate is awesome. I live in the Tampa area but travel frequently to Daytona. I literally stopped at every single Toyota along the way while car shopping. The only reason I bought with Orlando was because of all the help Nate offered without him being overbearing, demeaning, or pushy. I would shop again with him in the future.

I visited Toyota of Clermont to change my brakes pads for my Toyota Avalon. Before coming to the service the brakes everything was working fine. They told me that they had to reface the routers before changing the pads because that is their policy because if they don’t do that customers would return complaint about noise. Well they created the noise brakes behave after the service I had so much notice coming from the brakes. The cost to get the job done was ridiculous. I am sure that I could have done better job. It makes me wonder if the guys in the service shop really knows what they are doing.
