What a journey it has been trying to buy my 2021 Ford Bronco First Edition. From beginning to end, I can honestly say that it has been nothing but a pleasure working with the incredible team at Towne Ford of Redwood City. This was my first time reserving a car, so I was quite unfamiliar with the process. Kevin has gone above and beyond of any dealership I have worked with to ensure I have the best experience. From the day I reserved the Bronco (July 2020), to when I finally was able to purchase it, he has been supportive every step of the way. There are nearly 40 email exchanges between us, and every time, he was attentive, even when he was on vacation. I have never had a dealership provide that level of support, huge thank you to you, Kevin! I also had the pleasure of working with Carlos and Manny on the day I purchased my Bronco. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, there was Carlos with the keys. Carlos was nothing but friendly, informative, and supportive as well. This was the first time I had spoken with Carlos, and he made me feel as if we have been friends for a while; that’s the type of experience everyone should have when visiting a dealership. Once we started the finance conversations, Manny was very helpful in every capacity. There were a few areas we had questions on, and he was quick to guide us through the entire process. Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

WOW! A lot of these reviews that were posted on here were from years ago when it was under different ownership! I purchase my Wagoneer from here and it was a very pleasant buying experience and we have had no issues since the purchase, and our first service appointment is coming up!

Great little truck. will pretty much do all you need. Although comfort and engine are very lackluster. If you're tall, 6' and up. Buy the seat jackers you will need them. Autostart is very clunky as the engine shuts off when you open the door (so basically the same wear and tear as AutoStart/stop). the toyota app is not even on the table if you don't pay the subscription.

This is my 3rd Toyota truck 2022 (5th Toyota) I’ve only had this for a week and so far I’m loving the way it drives. All the plastic on interior, not so much. It looks okay but feel cheap. My biggest complaint so far is the all the cup holders are a tad to small for my water bottle, which I take everywhere I go and the color options in the model I wanted. I may have to ask my grandson to trade me back for my 2002 model or perhaps trade up when the new one comes out… we’ll see

I was in the market for a small truck. I've owned lots of Hondas over the years with great success but I didn't like the way the Ridgeline looked. I knew Tacomas were known for reliability and resale value. I bought the off road model and so far, so good after a year and a half. I paid stcker price when they were selling for 2 or 3k over MSRP. It's probably still worth as much as I paid.

It was a pleasure working with Hunter at Payless Car Sales to procure my vehicle. He provided fast efficient service and was able to answer my questions regarding the vehicle. There were no sales pressure tactics applied that one may experience at typical dealerships, which made for a comfortable purchase experience.

We decided on a 4 runner before visiting Kendal. I checked the website and used chat to relay what I was looking for. Arn responded within an hour. He laid the available 4 runners meeting our criteria. We went in 6 hours later to view the inventory. We entered the showroom, and within 15 minutes Tamara asked if we were being helped, she the walked us through the whole process. Tamara took us on a test drive and answered all our questions. We warmed up to Tamara, and Arn, liked them both, they were extremely nice, not pushy, the whole process was pleasant. Filed the loan app online, easy, spent an hour signing forms. And so far, we are very pleased with our purchase.

Servco staff was the best. Making my experience picking a vehicle a great one. People always feel a certain way when dealing with a car dealership. But not at servco they make you feel like family. You have a customer for life!
