Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

After 15 years with my previous Tacoma TRD Offroad, I bought the same vehicle to replace it. I really wasn't ready to replace it but the 24's don't excite me with the 4 cylinder turbo and I figured the longer I wait, the harder it would be to find a discontinued 6 cylinder in new condition. I got lucky and found a 3 month old 23 with 1,400 miles on it. I think Toyota screwed up with the 24 models, they cheapened them in many ways, crap engine, thinner frame, less underbody protection. Basically, they made them for people who don't want or need a truck but like the image.

He was informative, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. He even surprised my daughter with a slice of pizza—such a thoughtful touch that really stood out. Remote connect is cool. But it does not reporting your windows are open. Secondly if the car has started remotely and you open the doors. Car shuts off. They say it’s a safety feature. It’s not because I’m 2024 models that problem is not present

I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. We arrived a few minutes early but received a quick check-in and were finished and back in our vehicle 57 minutes after our appointment time. The van had been washed and protected by plastic during the service. Levels were checked as refilled as necessary and our fob and tire locks were replaced properly. We even had coffee and water available in the clean and quiet waiting room. We appreciate scheduling online and bring services in a timely manner and will continue to use Toyota of Plano to keep our van in top notch condition.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I'd like to thank the team at Sport City Toyota. They treated me with respect and honored their verbal pricing throughout the process. No hidden fees, no magic price increases, just straight dealing from some really great guys. Toyota's below market financing rates didn't hurt. I had an excellent experience, and it was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive.
