After 15 years with my previous Tacoma TRD Offroad, I bought the same vehicle to replace it. I really wasn't ready to replace it but the 24's don't excite me with the 4 cylinder turbo and I figured the longer I wait, the harder it would be to find a discontinued 6 cylinder in new condition. I got lucky and found a 3 month old 23 with 1,400 miles on it. I think Toyota screwed up with the 24 models, they cheapened them in many ways, crap engine, thinner frame, less underbody protection. Basically, they made them for people who don't want or need a truck but like the image.

I had to take my car in for a major recall. Arron Dixon was my SA. He was very attentive and very professional in taking care of my car.The car had to sit at the dealership for almost 2 months while they wait for the parts to arrive. I was very apprehensive that my car would have some type of damage or scratch for sitting outside for so long or that some mechanic would want to take the car for a joy ride. Well when the car was ready, Arron washed the car and had me inspect the car. It was perfect like the day i bought it. I waited to give this review for a few months for fear that they did'nt do the work properly. So far everything is fine and no problems. Arron and his staff did a great job fixing my car right the first time.

Remote connect is cool. But it does not reporting your windows are open. Secondly if the car has started remotely and you open the doors. Car shuts off. They say it’s a safety feature. It’s not because I’m 2024 models that problem is not present

I leased a 17 VW Jetta! I was amazed by the lease special they had, usually when something is to good to be true it isn't, but in this case it was exactly what Ii saw online! Abby was very helpful and a delight to work with. I will definitely come back and buy another car once my lease is up.

I did the pre-approval through CapitalOne, called to verify the car I wanted was still available, Mini 2012. Spoke with Louis, and met with him 30 minutes before closing. The car I was approved for was not available in a manual transmission, however he did have a similar model slightly older but in great shape. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 20 minutes. He was thorough, and even dropped the price and gave me better financing options than I expected. I highly recommend Louis of Oakland Toyota. He is fair, efficient, and works in the best interest of his customer.

Fantastic Experience!!!! Just bought a 2014 Toyota Tacoma there on5/6/17, and was very impressed by the whole entire experience. It could not have been easier to buy my car. I searched and found the car on cars.com, clicked check availability, and in a short time, I heard from Laura who was awesome. I found Hector Gonzalez, a Sales Manager, at One Toyota of Oakland to be one of the most professional sales managers I have met while I have searched for a used Japanese compact or sedan car for my price range at various brand name dealerships and secondary used car dealers for the past few weeks. He was extremely helpful in addressing all my concerns about purchasing a used vehicle from the One Toyota dealership, went through the quote thoroughly without hassle, was excellent in keeping in contact with me throughout the process, and made me aware of additional warranties and issues that other dealerships never offered to help allay some of my concerns when purchasing a used vehicle. I would highly recommend asking for Hector Gonzales if you are purchasing a vehicle from their lot for his excellent customer service and professional demeanor.

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

Though I did not buy a car there I had a good experience. Vlad was really helpful and great in helping me and showing me the car. I would recommend this dealership.
