My wife and I have been dealing with Autonation Toyota, Pinellas Park, for eight years, this being our third leased vehicle. We have always been satisfied with our experiences , regardless of the reason for our visit.

After 15 years with my previous Tacoma TRD Offroad, I bought the same vehicle to replace it. I really wasn't ready to replace it but the 24's don't excite me with the 4 cylinder turbo and I figured the longer I wait, the harder it would be to find a discontinued 6 cylinder in new condition. I got lucky and found a 3 month old 23 with 1,400 miles on it. I think Toyota screwed up with the 24 models, they cheapened them in many ways, crap engine, thinner frame, less underbody protection. Basically, they made them for people who don't want or need a truck but like the image.

Remote connect is cool. But it does not reporting your windows are open. Secondly if the car has started remotely and you open the doors. Car shuts off. They say it’s a safety feature. It’s not because I’m 2024 models that problem is not present

Lonnie was a good salesman and Tony was a good and courteous finance person. They went out of their way to get me my vehicle. And many times I called Tony and he always had time for me.

Alexis is an amazing car salesman. Very friendly and respectful. Good and fast communication. When I arrived at 5:30pm after work, a car was already ready for me to inspect and test drive. I was also able to get an above market trade-in value for my SUV. Warranty packages were offered which I declined. No haggling involved. I was done and ready to drive home by 7:30pm. Alex already had my rubber mats and car plate installed by the time I got out there.
