Really happy with my new car. The buying process was easy and straightforward with Aquino. I was quickly signed up with Erick who explained everything and helped me to leave in my new RAV4!

The new 4th Gen taco. It took some time to grow on me. But the style is much better then other mid size trucks on the market. It's great truck for what you need to do with it. With the massive 14 inch screen all new digital dashboard. New interior seats. Nice wide body shape. And it handles extremely well on the roads. Sure I wish Toyota would have made the rear leg room little wider. And added a step to the bed area. But overall it's a great a truck. The performance of the stock 2.4 turbo charge engine will move the truck.

Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks

They finished within the hour after coming in as they opened. The technician sent me videos of what they serviced and the service advisor kept me up to date with the status of my car. I was also able to get my work day started in their movie theater which was pretty cool and cozy.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Sales rep Nadia was extremely friendly and checked in on me from time to time during the entire process. Finance Rep. Daniel worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied with the sale and got everything I wanted. Samantha in finance was very competent and friendly as well. There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. I made arrangements to purchase this vehicle via phone from upstate sc and fly down to Florida and rented a car to get to the dealership. The car was in excellent condition as advertised by photos. The dealership was very clean and salesman and finance person were friendly. And professional.
