Our Epace was nearing its lease end and we reached out to Abraham to set a time to get an assessment to decide our best option. We noticed an FPace in the showroom and Abraham let us test drive. We asked about pricing so Abraham got Daniel involved and presented us some incentives, as far as, taking car of our last payments, financing rates, and other dealer incentives. We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. Went in to check out a Gladiator. Me and my wife are avid campers, and needed something to pull our future tear drop camper. Offering full transparency to the sales manager, I shared my car buying frustrations and concerns. To my surprise, he addressed my concerns and acknowledged that there had been some opportunities he and his team were working very hard to change. Well, I have to say, whatever issues they might have had were no where in sight when I visited. Staff was friendly, Will was engaged, and I left with my new 2021 Jeep Gladiator, just in time for a trip to Colorado next week.
