Fresh from a long overdue redesign for the 2022 model year, the Toyota Tundra is a full-size pickup truck that competes with the Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, Ram 1500 and Nissan Titan. There are six trims available: SR, SR5, Limited, Platinum, 1794 Edition and TRD Pro.

The Tundra can be powered by a 348-horsepower, turbo V-6 or a hybrid 437-hp turbo V-6. Each delivers plenty of performance, though it’s worth noting the Tundra doesn’t have the ultimate towing and hauling capabilities of its U.S. truck rivals. To its credit, the Tundra comes loaded with lots of standard features, and an optional adaptive suspension provides a very smooth ride.

    2023 tundra platinum had nothing but problems and spent

    2023 tundra platinum had nothing but problems and spent more time getting repaired in the first year than my previous 10 vehicles combined. Toyota quality is not what it used to be. The experience I had dealing with the dealerships and corporate was so bad that this life long Toyota fan will never buy another toyota again. Stay away!

    Don't buy Toyota, warranty is a nightmare

    I Bought a super crew in Annapolis MD, but encountered microphone issues upon delivery. It spent nearly three weeks in the shop, during which Toyota replaced the radio and microphones with a used unit labeled as "remanufactured." However, Sirius XM functionality remains inaccessible as the radio is still linked to the previous owner in Arizona, who owned a 2022 Tundra. I managed to retrieve the Carfax for that vehicle using the VIN number provided by Sirius. Toyota's current performance is disappointing compared to their past reputation for building reliable vehicles.

    Tundra isn't ready yet

    23 Tundra Platinum is average at best. The ride is horrible. Expect 18 mpg highway. The front windows in mine rattle over bumps or if the music is barely on. You pay a monthly subscription service for autostart - although when I renewed, the service will not work in the truck. This truck is not ready. I would wait 2 years until Toyota fixes all of the bugs.

    Great truck

    Great truck! Superior power sleek design. Gas mileage is no where near as advertised 17 mpg they say 23 complete lie. Love the laptop interior design is great.
