This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

From entry to exit, my salesman, Tracy Brown ensured my experience was very good. His professionalism, patience and outgoing personality made my car purchasing experience easy and quite enjoyable. I inquired about tire and dent packages, and because of his knowledge and ability to clearly communicate the various services packages offered and their usefulness, I purchased most of them. Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

Love everything about it so far! I got the 2024 Platinum in Lunar Rock color. The interior leather is actually charcoal color (not black) with blue stitching and blue interior lighting throughout. Looks amazing! The sunroof is enormous, larger than the one in my outgoing 2018 Volvo XC90. I really like The JBL sound system also. Overall extremely happy with my new rig!

I saved $200 a month on a 2018 RAV4 as opposed to buying a 2017 at another dealership which would have been $200 or more a month. Tim F in Service is worth his weight in gold.

I took my car in to Freeman Toyota for service and the folks were all very kind, helpful, and attentive. They even asked if I wanted my car washed! (Jaime did a great job and was very friendly!) Every time I have ever visited Freeman, for any reason, folks actually appear as though they like working at Freeman, and they act like it, too. Almost every time I arrive, I have been met at the door by some friendly fellow. Each of those friendly fellows has welcomed me, and opened the door for me. I've been to quite a few dealerships, in my time - before and after I bought a car from Freeman, all the folks have been really great! My salesmen, James Adu and Sam Scarlett are still very kind. I am so surprised that James still greets me... He KNOWS I'm going to ask him a question or two! He's always been very willing to help me, though! The service folks were all so friendly - Trey Piece, Sherry, Crystal, Mallory, Lonnie, and the really nice fellow who did such a nice job of washing my car, Jaime.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.
