I purchased a Toyota Sequoia over the weekend. As a previous tuck owner, I was undecided on which type of vehicle I was going to purchase next. Zander was personable, knowledgeable and patient. His follow up and customer service was on point. I also enjoyed working with Edward. He was very welcoming, funny and addressed all my concerns promptly. Finally, I will say Austin was the perfect finish to an all-around great experience. He was a calming presence during the wrap up. I got into an accident and had to buy another car. Settled on the 2023 RAV 4. Cyril was not pushy. After signing some papers he showed me the Carfax report and I was shocked to see that the used vehicle I bought was involved in a minimal accident. He said everything was repaired like the bumper. I got the vehicle under the premise everything was repaired. I was told I could get my old plate from my wrecked car the next day. It would be ready for me by the time I get there. So, went there the next day, plate still on the car. Had to ask 3 people if they could just unscrew the rusty screws so I could get my plate. No one helped me, so I saw a female employee and she asked Dave from the body shop to help me and he did. He was awesome. Tried all types of tools to unscrew the screw. He got them off with no complaints. Thank you Dave for being very helpful even if it wasn’t your job!

The truck was as advertised. We purchased it and had a very nice drive north to Michigan. The salesman was professional and gave us space to make our decision.

I made arrangements to purchase this vehicle via phone from upstate sc and fly down to Florida and rented a car to get to the dealership. The car was in excellent condition as advertised by photos. The dealership was very clean and salesman and finance person were friendly. And professional.
