As my first new Toyota this Tundra is absolutely amazing! I have had many new cars but never a Toyota. This thing drives like a dream! Got lots of power to spare! The only thing I dislike about this truck is the turning radius sucks! All the other things about this truck is amazing so I will suck it up with the turning!

Great overall experience. Broden did and awesome job thru out the transaction. My only concern was that I asked what brand oil and weight was used when they changed oil. I did not receive that information. That is concerning to me because of it being a high performance engine with specific lubrication requirements. Only other thing IMO, was the detail job not exactly my definition of a car detail. Again my opinion. Overall, I would highly recommend Auto Nation Phoenix North, and salesperson Broden!

Although I ended up purchasing elsewhere, the staff was very prompt and went above and beyond, by making a video to help me!

CarMax is much smoother than any other car buying experience you will ever find. Their salesman Matthew Johnson is a great guy. I recently visited Camelback Toyota to get my first new car. I was a bit nervous and unsure about what to look for, ask, or how to negotiate the price. But Brent was an absolute lifesaver! TLDR: Great price on used F150. Price on cars.com was the honored sales price. No crazy dealer add-ons. Even with financing, I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience. Worked with Chelsea. Texted and e-mailed ahead to inquire about online price and any silly add-ons. She confirmed. I was still half suspect until I saw the contract and it was all in order. Nothing like the hundreds or $1000+ some dealers add for "refurbish fees" or "protective coating" and such. Got a little pressure from financing for the warranty and had to say no several times, but I expected as much. In all, it was a very straightforward, stress-free, quick buying experience and I'd definitely consider buying there again.

Price was fair but they did not include the title and taxes in the listing price which would have been helpful. Also, they tried to charge me $1,200 for spiffing up the car but when I took it to my shop, they found that the air filter was filthy. They had said they changed it.

Seeing customer service on TV its not like that at typical dealership. At the house of cars it was. This is my second car from them and I would refer anyone!!!
