Seems like most of the team that shows the car and rides along for the test drive struggle with their English. I had to ask them to repeat their question or comment on a number of occasions to understand what they were trying to ask/say. When first inquiring about the car it was still in the build phase, and someone had already purchased it. I gave them my number and asked them to contact me if the deal fell through. I started receiving random calls from the dealer about service specials and trade in opportunities but nothing about the car. Next thing you know the car was sitting on the lot and available. No phone message about the car's availability was provided. It was persistence on my part that resulted in a purchase. Car purchasing is a painful process.

They finished within the hour after coming in as they opened. The technician sent me videos of what they serviced and the service advisor kept me up to date with the status of my car. I was also able to get my work day started in their movie theater which was pretty cool and cozy.

Jose the salesman was great! He let me test drive both the gas and hybrid models?fell in love with the hybrid! Tonia got the deal done and made the finance process super easy. This is our second vehicle from this dealer in less than 4 months. Would definitely recommend?10/10!

I live in Winter Park, after fail to buy a New CAMRY for my wife in our locals toyota dealers (tricky dealing practice) I found Central Florida Toyota, my first contact was with Alexis Solarte my sales person, professional polite and knowledgeable, and the best, he taught me some Colombian Slangs 😆, after having a OTD, I meet Hernan (sales manager) the same polite, professional and willing to help me to make a deal, after a few back and forward we had a agreement, at the end I was greeted and attended by Franklin (Finance ) who was: sorry for repeating the same but it's true he was polite and professional, at the end I was able to give my wife her birthday present with no tricky business, straight communication, the rank is 10/10, 100% recommended!!! There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. I got into an accident and had to buy another car. Settled on the 2023 RAV 4. Cyril was not pushy. After signing some papers he showed me the Carfax report and I was shocked to see that the used vehicle I bought was involved in a minimal accident. He said everything was repaired like the bumper. I got the vehicle under the premise everything was repaired. I was told I could get my old plate from my wrecked car the next day. It would be ready for me by the time I get there. So, went there the next day, plate still on the car. Had to ask 3 people if they could just unscrew the rusty screws so I could get my plate. No one helped me, so I saw a female employee and she asked Dave from the body shop to help me and he did. He was awesome. Tried all types of tools to unscrew the screw. He got them off with no complaints. Thank you Dave for being very helpful even if it wasn’t your job!

Worked on a used car deal remotely with them and it was refreshing to work with people who didn't play games with numbers or lure you in the door with artificially low prices then tack on a bunch of made-up fees. When i arrived to do the deal, I found the vehicle to be super-clean and well-prepared for delivery and they were set to honor the trade-in value we'd discussed. I only didn't purchase because I got cold feet (trading in a low-mileage Lexus for used BMW worried me). Too bad, they were good to deal with.

The truck was as advertised. We purchased it and had a very nice drive north to Michigan. The salesman was professional and gave us space to make our decision.

I already was anxious to go through the process cause of what they say about Salesmen in general but Joel A. Was nothing short of Awesome. Has such a fun time and left with my Dream CAR.
