My recent experience with my car at Toyota West was one of the finest service experiences of my nearly 73 year old life. Chandler Inman was the primary reason my experience was so excellent. He understands good service as few people do. He oversaw handling a complicated conglomeration of repairs, and got most of it covered by my insurance. There were issues with my air-conditioning, a gasket, transmission fluid, engine coolant, tire pressure sensors, and a few other things. I got my car back the next day. I wish I could hire him to run a business for me. He is a consummate professional.

Hailey Dunlap is my service advisor ~ Hailey & her team consistently do an excellent job of efficiently taking care of my car's appointment needs, by communicating to me the status of the appointment, as I wait for the work being done on my car to be completed. My wife and I recently purchased a new Sienna, which we enjoy driving. Last week I brought it to Byers for scheduled service since we are planning on a driving trip to visit relatives in other states. They were honest and straightforward; they gave me a great deal on my old trade in and gave me a good deal on my new car. I have been saving for a new Highlander for 2 years in the color of Ruby Pearl. I went in to order my new SUV and Troy informed my because of the situation stemming from covid it could take up to 6 months to come in. Well he was correct it did take 6 month but I love, love my new Highlander. Troy kept me informed the whole time and even offered me a few other ones that came in, just in case I was tired of waiting. I have been coming to Byers Toyota for over 10 years for service on my 4 Runner and the service dept is also excellent. I would absolutely recommend Byers Toyota!

This review is in relation to Christopher Curtis, at the dealer shop. Chris is a person whom I have known since the time I moved from Minnesota. He takes care of my vehicle as if it ishis own vehicle. For the last four years when I come to the draler I hand over my key and sit there having my hot chocolate until he comes and inform me what the status of the service is. If there is something to be done he advises me and suggests what should be done. As I have explained many times he is like a good brother to me. That is why when I call for service appointment I also chech if Chris is available that day.
