We tried to buy a Rav4 on Labor Day at another dealership and had a really bad experience then I went online looking for the car that I wanted and Dave Wilson had it and I decided to buy it on the Internet - what a great decision -no headaches no loss of time! Oswaldo and the whole staff made it so easy we texted and emailed during the day ( I was working that day so we’re talking during breaks before and after work )and by 6 o’clock we were at the dealership buying our new RAV4! If I purchase a car from Auto Nation, I would like ALL warranties offered for the car, I do not want to be denied a warranty or the rights that come with a certified pre owned car, if wasn?t purchased from a VW dealer but was purchased through a sister dealership within Auto Nation. I lost certified pre owned car status because I bought my car across the street from the VW dealer, I could have walked across the street to have all warranties. The sales rep was professional so I stayed, however, the local of purchase should not deny certified pre owned car status.
