This car and my 2008 Toyota Yaris have been the most dependable trouble free cars I ever owned. Great on gas-42 miles to the gallon. It goes great in snow and has never used a drop of oil in 215,000 miles!
I LOVE this vehicle! In doing research for a car, I found that Toyotas are the BEST cars to buy if you want longevity and low maintenance. Their cars continue to do well even with high mileage. It is also amazing on gas mileage! It is a cute, little zippy car that is fun to drive. I have been VERY satisfied with this vehicle! Unfortunately, on the "bad" side, I would not recommend buying a car from the Manassas location in Va. They were not competent at all and overcharged me for the vehicle. Also, the radio stopped working 2 days when I drove it off the lot! It took me 2 months to get this resolved. HORRIBLE customer serviceAND sales people! I WILL say that Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg has TOTALLY reversed that mindset that I had about service. Thank you, Fredericksburg Sheehy Toyota for restoring my faith in your company! You service is outstanding!
After searching for the best offer under my situation, got to the dealer 5 minutes before closing, on Saturday afternoon! Bill took care of us and our needs. He help us get finance, and the deal was closed quickly! AAA+++
I contacted Lundgren Honda looking for a 2015 Honda Pilot Touring with specific guidelines in mind. Jayson has been an outstanding sales representative on trying to get me what I am looking for. I will continue looking for the vehicle and will be back in contact with your dealership.

Yeah, I really did...Earlier this year I picked up this Yaris - it was a 2010 with 12,100 miles on it. 2 dr Hatch Auto. I commute 22,000 miles a year so reliability and cost effective utility was essential . This car cut my monthly spend on gas by over 25% and I gave up very little in the way of creature comforts. MPG is a CONSISTENT 36 at a minimum . if I nurse it along just right, I can reach 38.7. A snap to do oil changes . Although the MB was a beautiful car, this little guy is wonderfully right at this point in my life for my needs, purpose and pocketbook.
everything went good, right now a light is blinking inside.. and we didnt get a call back and i am still waiting.. for the salesman to call
You Get What You Pay For

It's a basic, cheap, commuter car with good mileage. The engine runs smoothly with the power output you'd expect out of a sub-compact car. There almost never any issues, and the reliable Toyota name carries through here. The sound system is better than expected and the rear windshield wiper is nice to have.
Castle Subaru always seems to go above and beyond in service. They are courteous, professional, and very efficient. I always have a great experience with them.

I love this car! It's super reliable, great on gas, lots of head room. I bought it brand new in May 2010, and it's still as reliable as the day I bought it. I would highly recommend it for someone looking for a good, reliable, fuel efficient car.

These guys were friendly and honest. They had a great inventory and extremely fair pricing. We went in to buy one car and ended up buying two. We will definitely look to them first when we look to buy again.

Economical, very reliable, relatively safe, (for the money) 2010 w/125,000 miles and original brake pads. Too bad they now only sell a hatchback in the US. Bought several Toyotas since 1990, all the lowest priced ones, will probably get a Camry next time if I don't go for some other brand with a higher safety rating.
Robert made the car buying experience super easy. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. I can???t thank him and his coworkers enough for their help and care. Much appreciated 😀

Great gas mileage. Sporty looking. No mechanical issues. Has everything I need and desire. Purchased vehicle March 2010. Had horrific accident after being hit by drunk driver in Sept. 2009. Wasn’t sure if I’d get a small car, but kept coming back to the Yaris. I felt secure in it, and God has blessed me and allowed me to purchase this great and fun vehicle. It is a 4 door hatchback, which I guess is considered a 5 door auto. I do oil changes on time which has been a habit of mine since first car, many and several years ago!!!
Nate Rozycki was very polite and respectful he got right on the issues with my car thank you so much Nate for making sure things got taken care of with my car your the best

Bought this vehicle in 2010 after a terrible auto accident in Sept. 2009 & was hospitalized for almost 3 months. I have almost 100,000 miles my Yaris....just 45 more and I'm there! With all those miles the car has been reliable. Someone made an illegal U-turn in 2015, and hit my car almost head on. Lots of fright, but no injuries. Had to get new front/side of driver's side, and new wheel. My Yaris continues and so am I (for this, I thank God). I have the oil changed as needed. In the past I'd buy a car after reaching 50,000, but not with this Yaris.
Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. Thank you Mike!!
I called Ryan on a Saturday morning about a particular car I saw online. He said he would pull it up front for me to come drive. Upon arrival, the car was there as promised. I drove it and some other cars in the same price point or a bit cheaper. I ultimately decided on the first car. They had done their inspection and replaced a number of things. It was a 2009 Toyota Camry with about 44,000 miles on it. They had replaced all four tires with brand new ones. I definitely feel like I got a very good car and I appreciated the way they conducted their business.
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
