My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

On the positive side, love the engine and transmission. Tuned exhaust is just right - a low growl but not obnoxious. Seat comfor is so- so, especially after a couple of hours behind the wheel. Entertainment system is a big disappointment? especially since this is a Limited edition. Sound quality is average and the Entune system should be dropped immediately in favor of Apple and Google offerings. Toyota is a little slow incorporating technology- not sure why. Still, I bought this truck for its above average reliability history and hope to have it for a long time.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

I'm so happy I decided to purchase the 2016 Limited Toyota 4Runner. I was looking for an SUV that sat higher up, offered more cargo storage and all the bells and whistles that my luxury small SUV offered. The 4Runner has all of the above! I feel so much safer on the road and can't wait for the family road trips, because we actually have room for all our stuff! I plan to drive this car until it dies.
My first time there, everyone was super friendly and helpful. My first time buying a car on my own, and Katrina as well as everyone else, made the whole process easy for me.
I will definitely buy from them again.

I love the car and it's mileage and usefulness. I just don't think the vehicle is worth the near $300/month I pay and the over $350/month I will pay once I purchase it out of the lease. There is no real wow factor to the vehicle. It's a basic point-a-to-point-b vehicle that doesn't inspire greatness or rampant want/need.
Service was performed appropriately. I like the convenience for paying process online and the times available for me to pick up my car after hours

After researching lots of cars and SUVs I decided on another Prius. I had bought my daughter a used 2009 Prius with under 200,000 miles and we drove from northern Mississippi to eastern Florida and back for $72. As a retiree on a budget I need a reliable car with great gas mileage. It also has adequate cargo room for all our stuff. Her prius lasted to over 300,000 miles until the catalytic converter went out. So I’m hoping my 2015 lasts as long as hers did. It is a bit noisy but so was my Nissan minivan so I’m okay with that. This Prius is beautiful inside and out and I love all the tech features. The navigation system could be easier to use but perhaps after I learn how to use it, it won’t be an issue. It does have voice controls too that I’ll learn at some point.

I loved my 2010!!
-no power port in the hatch area
-less cargo room and cubbies to store things
-doesn’t do as well in the snow
-has more power
-overall handles better
-the base model has some bells and whistles
I love Toyota’s and have always been impressed! It has taken me a little bit to get use to the new blind spots. Overall love it!

Vehicle has been perfect for me. I am satisfied with the performance & comfort. Averaged 34.08 MPG over the 2 years. Safety systems all work correctly. Reliability has been great. Not a high tech guy, but everything works fine. Some competitors have better interiors, but it is OK. Has plenty of room & cargo space. Headlights could be a little stronger & liftgate could raise a little higher. Brakes are good. Gas to electric & back is seamless. With Toyota Care, I have had zero maintenance costs. Have signed up for Toyota Care Plus at a cost of $329 which is a no-brainer for another 2 years as it also covers a new air filter & cabin air filter at 30,000 miles.
Took both our Toyotas in for oil changes in November 2018. Got great service and no hassles or problems. Have been coming to LH Miller Toyota for past 12 years and would not want to go anywhere else in town. Brittany did great job explaining the service plans. I was lucky to get her as service advisor 2 weeks apart for both cars.

This car is comfortable to drive, gets great gas mileage, has all of the safety features I want , has enough room for my kids and all of their stuff all with 4 wheel drive.

Please know that the other man clay is not a good fit for your site he just does not have the people skills there is no heart when he speaks with any of the customer that we witness so dry again opportunity to maybe look at this and chance to really reflect on how he makes customers feel.

I enjoy driving the Highlander, I think it looks fine but the Entune system is junk. Like another reviewer, my GPS won't "speak to me" with turn by turn directions. The Entune system won't read me my messages or emails. The dealer has been unable to fix it.

We had to have our Mercedes Sprinter Motor Home towed to this dealer. From the 1st phone call to the service department they were very courteous and concerned. When we arrived with our vehicle in tow we were assisted immediately by Bryan and Jace, given a loaner car and Jace even went out of his way to call a nearby hotel to make arrangements for us and our 2 dogs for accommodations. Highly recommend this service department.

Complete with 4-wheel drive, this vehicle gave me the confidence to get through the bad spring and fall mountain road conditions in Montana. I lived in the Little Belts for many years and the FJ is the best vehicle I’ve had for getting me out of sticky situations. This is not only my main vehicle, but my only one.
I would definitely HIGHLY recommend anyone in the market for an SUV that is unique, stands out from any other vehicle on the road to consider buying an FJ! It’s the most solid all around vehicle I have ever owned! My girlfriend owns a 2014 & also owned a 2007 & we both would not drive anything else!
Auto shopping is worse than a visit to a dentist unless it???s at Tillery Buick GMC. We are repeat customers and each time we???ve enjoyed an excellent experience. This is a great truck, powerful, plenty of enterior room, truck bed is too small though. Fuel economy is Horrible. All and all it's a good truck.
