I came in for an oil change but also wanted to have the tires checked. Nick was the Service Representative that assisted me - I'd never seen him before and I've been coming to this dealership for many years. About twenty minutes later, Nick advised me that the oil change as well as other inspections and services were completed. He also advised me that my tires were wearing on the insides and that a four wheel alignment was needed to correct the issue. I was so impressed at how well he explained, in detail what the problem was. Normally I wouldn't have accepted this advice, but I was convinced that he knew what he was talking about, and asked him to proceed with the repair. In addition to thoroughly knowing his job, Nick was exceptionally professional. I was so impressed, I made a point to tell the General Manager of my experience before I left. We were very impressed with the staff, they were vey professional and treated us with respect. We drove 180 miles to their place of business where we were going to buy a truck. They quoted us a price on the phone and it was exactly that when we bought it. They were and are a great company to buy from. They gave us a price on our trade in and they gave us a loner while they got our truck ready for us. We will recommend this company to everyone . Had been car shopping for awhile and haggled, mislead and just out right disrespected by other dealers. I found a beautiful car at southwest drove over an hour to get there right before they closed, Hunter was who I had talked to on the phone I told them what my trade was they held to the numbers when I got there, was financed with no haggling what so ever. Even our finance guy didn't try to hard sell anything which is unheard of. I buy cars about once a year and I believe they have earned a customer for life. Extremely satisfied. Their demeanor was nothing but top notch.

Recently needed to replace a small car that we use for a local run around vehicle. My wife had long wanted a MINI so without her knowledge my 13 year old grandson and I went to MINI of Arlington where we were promptly met by Motoring Advisor Cody Cox. I explained I secretly wanted to purchase a top of the line MINI 4 door hardtop with everything on it to surprise my wife. I told my wife and aided by my grandson convinced her that I was going to buy a Dodge R/T., the Dodge place is across the street from the MINI sales. The MINI was ordered and I was kept closely appraised of the MINI and its progress thru the build and delivery by Cody. My grandson and I would talk about the Dodge around my wife and she was thoroughly convinced we were getting a Dodge. So came the day to go order the Dodge my wife, grandson and I loaded up to go to order it. My grandson had expressed a desire to go look at the little cars (MINIs) across the street and I decided to do that first. Cody had the British Racing Green 4 door hardtop sitting just inside the front door in the showroom with a large red bow on top and a sign lying on the dash said the car had been sold to my wife. Her name is a common name and she didn't think anything about it as we were just looking before we went to another dealership to actually purchase a car. We finally convinced her. To say she was totally surprised and thrilled is an understatement. My point to all of this is, without the cooperation and assistance of Cody Cox it would not have happened. His knowledge of the product, the suggestions he made on some options all made the car so much more than even I imagined. Cody took the time to give my wife an introduction to the workings of the various controls and buttons in the car. Including Bryan in the business office , who made the paperwork part pleasant it was a great experience. I highly recommend MINI and BMW of Arlington as the right kind of place to do the business of buying a car.
Greg Powell is amazing! Best salesman I've ever worked with in my many car purchases! He's friendly, personable, and most importantly not pushy!!! They're in Arlington which is a bit of a drive from Cleburne, but I wasn't happy with the treatment I received the one time I visited the Mazda dealership in Fort Worth, and with the deal they were offering on a certified pre-owned Mazda 6 it was worth it to go check them out. And I'm very glad that I did!!!
