Great experience buying a car here. Brian reached out and offered any help. After a couple of days, when I called him to ask about some stocks he had, he was knowledgeable and resourceful. He kept good communication open and never pushed me to buy something different than what I had in mind. When I went to test drive and buy the car, he was patient and diligent. They have great customer service staff and guarantee you will drive off the lot with a car. However, the repairs department staff are a little aggressive. I told them I needed a oil change they went on and on about I did not come there for.

This is the second Toyota I have owned. the first one being a 1989 Camry. it was my favorite car I have owned until now. I love Toyotas. they are reliable and comfortable. this car is no different, with the added bonus of being modern and having all the cool technology. I don't know how I lived with out Apple Car Play, before now. its a game changer. the seats in my 2020 XLE are what sold me. they are cloth and super comfortable. there is space for our family of four, without feeling like I am driving a bus. This SUV is perfect for us!

Car has met all but one of our needs to date. Very economical to operate. Very nice that Toyota has 2 yr.no maintenance cost. Was disappointed after purchase there was no CD player available. This fact was never mentioned during buying process. I suspect Toyota knew this to be factor and advised sales lot to mention this. This will be a definite point for me to inquire about since we vacation requiring hours of driving and not a fan of channel surfing for the entire trip. But still happy with everything else about the vehicle.

Good vehicle, after the recall was handled car drives very well, good economy, check on use prior to sale, wouldn't recommend the dealers service department though.
