I have had many GREAT experiences with the FIAT dealership and its excellent customer service. I recently purchased a FIAT 500L!!! I purchased my vehicle from the FIAT dealership in Annapolis, MD. The salesperson Karla Paine and Travis made my car buying experience personable and relaxing. I came into the dealership three times to car shop and each time Karla treated me with the same helpful and personable personality as the last. I never felt pressured to buy! I was able to purchase my dream car and ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY FIAT 500L!!!!!!!! I also sent my little brother to the service department of the dealership to get an oil change about a month after I had my FIAT 500L. Instead of simply changing my oil, the service department called me and told me that I did not need an oil change yet and they didn't want me to waste my money getting one before the time that I needed it. OVERALL FANTASTIC DEALERSHIP!
I did not have a nail in tire prior, my car ride as not noisy or bumpy. I was told I needed tires and after coming for the main this that was needed I left and all of sudden the noise began. I got out to see what was going on and my tire had a huge nail. How ironic the dealer told me earlier I needed tires $595, however did not state that there was a nail in one. I did not have a problem riding prior to dealer. I guess that's a tactic to get you to buy from them. They have lost a customer will not purchase another Kia.
Charlie Miller made buying my new vehicle a pleasant experience. He never pressured me. He had extensive knowledge of the vehicles. He made sure I was happy every step of the way. He even followed up several times in the week following my purchase to answer my 1000 questions again and make sure I was satisfied. I have already recommended him to friends looking for a vehicle. My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time. If you are seeking to purchase a new or leased vehicle, I recommend that you visit Infiniti of Silver Spring, and experience the quality customer service .
Went in for interior detailing and this is the best service my car and I have ever received. Friendly greetings from a beat after I walked in, I was checked in on multiple times while I was there waiting by different agents (offered water, sofa, coffee, and conversation), I loved the comfortable lounge space, and everything was clear up front from the get go. Don't even get me started on my car-- the interior previously looked like I had been giving rides to livestock, and now it looks fresh off the show room floor. Couldn't be happier and I feel like I got it for a steal :) Trust'em! You won't regret it.
I worked with John Massaqoui who was the best salesman I ever had. He was straight to the point and did not play the old sneaky car salesman. He researched the absolute best deal for my unfortunate situation and for that i am more than thankful.
We purchased a 2018 CR-V from Nikole at Heritage Bel Air Honda in April. I???ve been driving a Pilot for a while, but the new CR-V is so good in every aspect, include the safety suite, that I wanted one for myself.
