This morning I received a very sincere touching voicemail from Logan, salesman at cottage auto sales (son of the owner). He was totally apologetic. Not going to blame him or me for the misunderstanding or miscommunication on this care deal. Logan said that he would give me my cash back and the trade in or my car, If that would make me happy. I was in total disbelief or shocked. Used car lots just don't do crazy things like that!!! Logan asked me what would make me happy or satisfied. I told him, and he is going to take care of the issues tomorrow, himself. Logan is only 22yrs. old. Unbelievably!!!!!
We bought a new Lexus car online. Our sales consultant, Mr. Matt Gandy, was able quickly find the right car for us and personally delivered it to our home (~150 miles from the dealership).
