I re-leased a new car this past Saturday, august 13, 2016. i had the good fortune to work with Michael Lindley. He was very helpful, professional and sincere. I appreciated his low key approach and he was not at all pushy. He took the time to explain all aspects of this transaction carefully and professionally. I would highly recommend him to my friends and the personal service i received and have received from dealing with Peruzzi. the person taking care of the credit aspect of the process was likewise very helpful and friendly.
the ONLY NEGATIVE was not being able to sign my name with a pen. Using the current method is MOST ANNOYING and very uncomfortable.

Today I bought a pre owned RAV4 from Peruzzi Toyota and I have to say that it was the most pleasurable buying experience of my life! Jen, who greeted me with a warm smile, is the best! She is a kind, no nonsense woman who really listens and hears what you have today. She isn't pushy or insistent. She listened to me and understood my budget. I was so glad that I had come in. We crunched some numbers with Jason and then crunched some more... They made my dream come true. They worked with my budget and together we made it work. She explained everything as we went along and treated me with respect and patience. Every question I had was addressed. Her kindness as well as her intelligence was much appreciated. The finance department was diligent and attentive to my desires and my budget. Jason also took the time to advise me and make sure I wasn't going in a wrong direction. He was sensitive to my concerns and worked with me until we had a deal. I left that day in. My new car! They are an incredible team there at Peruzzi and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a new or pre owned car. Their customer service is outstanding! I was very well looked after and felt like we were a team throughout the entire process. Team Peruzzi is the best, there is no other and I'm proud to be a part of it.
Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
I was greeted and shown a vehicle by Matt today. I must say that he was very pleasant and great to deal with. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle I wanted, I really enjoyed his professionalism, his patience, his eagerness to make a deal happen, and his judgement free kindness. I came in the dealership on a whim after cleaning my driveway and basement and I never bothered to change my clothing or boots. He treated me like any other customer. I just wanted to say great job, Matt.
Once again the entire team at Faulkner Volvo excelled at every level from start to finish. From my arrival checking in the vehicle and receiving a loaner car free of charge to picking my car up which was washed and vacuumed as usual and receiving a discount on my brakes and also a free state inspection. Quality work performed at a fair and competitive price. FIVE STARS
I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I never expected this over-the-top treatment and I will never again try another car or another dealership. Lexus of Chester Springs, thank you!
On Dec 1st, 2018 visited Conicelli Toyota of Springfield & Jay Johnson was the representative who helped us understand the various features with the SUV we bought & I really liked the attention that he gave us till we left from the dealership. Today 11/30/18 is my 11th wedding anniversary but my 1st anniversary as a widow. I decided to purchase a SUV today to try to make myself feel better. Ahmad was very helpful and met my needs immediately. He does not know but his casual conversation did help me make it through the day, the almost 3 1/2 hours I spent in Conicelli helped me make it through a depressing day and I am happy with my end result, a 2018 Highlander.
The service at Springfield Piazza Honda is excellent. Any service performed on my car has always been explained clearly and done well. Any service technician I have dealt with has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner.

In September of 2017 I traded in a 10 year old car on a nice new Chevrolet Cruze. The negotiation was simple and I didn't feel like I was pressured. The salesman was David Tulsky who kept in touch with me throughout the process to ensure things went well.
Going into the process of buying a new car, I dreaded all the salesmanship that I assumed was going to happen. I really never felt pressured and felt Reedman was honest and forthright about the deal.
What do I say here? I love the car. I got a good deal and process that could have been painful was made as simple as possible.
Coming to this location to buy my car was the best decision. It was a very nice lady at the front desk, Felicia made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. I had several and she was very patient. The process was easier than expected and I definitley will recommend this location!
