Not the most technologically advanced but that is what I was looking for, keep it simple! The features it has are the important ones, at least to me. This is my third one since 2011 and I love not having to bringing them in for repairs.

Big and powerful, but responsive and fun to drive. Gas mileage is very good for this class of SUV. Cargo space, though limited by the size of the hybrid battery, is ample for normal family needs. Multimedia display is great. Plenty of towing capacity for a 23 foot Airstream.

Abe at Cascade was super nice and made sure I was getting the best quality car for the money I had. I was dreading going through the car buying process again but he and everyone else at Cascade made the process so easy and we’re so helpful answering all of my questions. I’d definitely recommend!

I have a platinum model and I could not be happier. Love the body style and the interior is absolutely gorgeous. Rides smooth as glass, has great pickup(V6) and great mpg!

So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

One of the last SUV’s with a real 4x4 and towing capacity. The engine and transmission lasts longer than anything similar. Not the greatest mpg but this is greatly off set by reliability and longevity.

My wife had a smaller all wheel drive car from another company that drove me nuts trying to do the driving for me. It was a total hassle to turn it off every time you restarted the vehicle and I complained every time I drove it. Now with the highlander every time I drive it I comment how much I like it. Even considering a second one for my company car. By the way this is our first hybrid vehicle.

An amazing car to own. Hassle-free and quite fun to drive. No bells and whistles that break like more contemporary styles. Beautiful green color on the outside and warm beige on the inside. Love the simplicity and reliability of this car year after year. The 2005 Corolla is an all around winner!

I have normally received excellent service since 2013 and intend to continue bringing our two Lexus cars to Lexus of Akron for service. Sales department and general management are still first rate. Norm in Service is excellent at his job. However, recently, things have declined somewhat below the expected Lexus standard in the Service Department. (There has been a recent major remodeling so that could explain some of the issues that follow): Repeated voicemails left with service dept. and service manager were not returned. When I asked about this I was told the telephone system had issues. The Wi-fi was not working and couldn't be corrected while we were there. The car wash system was unavailable due to being updated. Snacks in the customer waiting area have been substantially reduced. I specifically asked if a new updated windshield service sticker was applied and told that it was but it wasn't. I asked to have all four tires set to a pressure of 36 lbs. 2 were at 35 and 2 were at 34. Some of these issues are in the minor category but not to be expected in a luxury dealership. This is my second Highlander. The first was a 2008 model and still in the family running great. This model has also served me well. I have 75,000 miles on it. I bought new tires at 60,000 and just had the battery replaced 3 weeks ago. The car runs great!

Lexus of Akron Canton has been servicing our Lexus vehicles for over 22 years. Mr. Marty Richards has always taken care of us. He, along with the tech staff, have done an outstanding job with our vehicles every single time we have been there. The same can be said of general manager Mr. Peter Spacagna. We could have asked for better service!

I've been waiting for years to find a car to replace my 2006 4Runner. I finally gave up on seeing a 4Runner redesign and decided I wanted something that was better for the environment. The Highlander hits the sweet spot for me. I've averaged 33 mpg overall since getting the car in late April. I saw an improvement in mpg once Summer gas became available. My best trip mpg has been 40 when driving from the Portland OR area to the coast. If you can keep speed in to 50 - 60 range, this car gets amazing mileage. I've been amazed at how often the gas engine is shut off and the car runs in EV mode. The transition is pretty seamless too. Disappointments: 1) My biggest gripe is that in order to switch the air flow to recirculating mode, you have to access a setting in a menu. I use this often when encountering dust or smoke, and it's much harder to switch via a menu than it would be with a mechanical switch. From the pictures I've seen, it appears that the 2023 model has resolved this issue. 2) The wireless phone charger is worthless. I'm lucky if my phone doesn't lose charge while on that charger! 3) My platinum model did NOT come with the digital rearview mirror. I really wanted this, but not sure how much I would use it as I wear glasses and the focal distance to the digital image is a bit too close unless I tilt my head back. 4) There are a lot of little rattles on rough roads... more than my 2006 4Runner had after 178k miles! 5) I'd like to be able to force the AWD system to be on under certain conditions. I barely made it to my friend's cabin due to the front wheels spinning in mud. 6) When the battery isn't fully charged and you downshift to slow down, the regenerative braking system should kick in but instead the engine is engaged. Overall I'm very happy with this car, but it could be better with some small changed. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could.

My experience was amazing, very low key, no pressure or hassles. Matt was great working with and the finance gentleman was fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone. They had my new car ready,clean but not a full tank of gas. It was a very laid back experience.

It’s a great ride if robes good. The is nice the seating is leather, comes with a sun roof. Everything at the dealership were very nice and will to accommodate me. My husband drove it home and I’m driving it to work today.

After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. We purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander Limited in April of 2021. We absolutely love this car! The convenience features and comfort are the best we have experienced, and the interior design and quality is the best in the class. The upgraded 12.3" screen is worth the extra money, as the text is clear and precise, and the surround view monitor is incredibly useful for parking in tight spaces. We have friends with a comparable Explorer Limited, and the interior quality is far below that of our Highlander, and the ride quality with the 4-cylinder is jerky and noisy. However, even though we have had no mechanical issues, we have had issues with wind noise and a leaking AC unit into the car, both of which were fixed by the dealer for free due to warranty. Other than those minor hiccups, we love our Highlander!

Walked on lot in search of a new GMC truck . Never approached or waited on. Went next day and bought same style in Chevy brand in Akron. A few months later while shopping for another family member , I was able to buy a used car from their Chrysler counterparts the next entrance over , who seemed much more in tune with the task at hand . That store had its act together - highly recommended Thought it odd how two different results could come from the same lot

This car is great. plenty of leg room and comfort for me and by passengers. 3 car seats fit comfortably in the back seat. The trunk is large and very good for strollers and my groceries. For a car it is prefect for my husband and myself with 3 grandkids. I love that it is not to big and the car handles easy. smooth ride.

Thanks to Sam for helping me find the perfect next vehicle for me. He was very patient, letting me test drive several different vehicles till I chose a Rav4 that I believe will be perfect. It should be easy for my 90 year old mother to get in and out of and her wheelchair will fit in it easily. I felt comfortable driving it during my test drive. Have been driving this car for almost 2 years and have been very impressed. Great car with technology especially having full safety features. Back up camera, pedestrian warning system, turning precaution side mirror light, etc work well and are much appreciated. Car is very reliable, comfortable and gets great gas/electric gas mileage. If you can possibly find a used one then immediately grab it. Price was also very reasonable. When I was in college I had a Corolla and even though today I can afford literally any car I want, this cat left me with such a good impression that I felt when a hybrid model became available I had to have one.

He gave me all the information, patiently answered my questions with no pressure. Even when I told him that I was just doing my research, he treated me with brotherly patience. This is my 2nd Avalon Limited...love the car, can anyone tell me why there is 3 round shadows on the back window..my 2019 Avalon didn't have this, it really is distracting

had Venza v6 AWD limited since new 2013. aprox 48k. Just had to replace original battery. still on original tires, I change oil & filter every 5k, not 10k as indicated in manual. I expect it will easily go to 100k and beyond.

I bought my 98 Rav4 2 years ago just for fun. I got it for a great price from a guy that needed to sell it. I'm an old grease xxxxxx and do most of my care maintenance. The exterior is in great shape and interior is super nice. It had the original suspension parts and a bad right front wheel bearing. I replaced the inner and outer tie rods, sway bar links, CV axles, lower ball joints, struts, shocks and the bearing. It's a blast to drive and with 215K for miles this one will last. The previous owner had a timing belt and tune up 12,000 miles ago so that is a big bonus. I love the 16" wheels as it sets up off the ground just right! Well made as Toyotas from the mid 1990's to about 2005 were bullet proof. I have a 2000 Avalon with 315K and it looks and tuns like new. Also a 2002 Tundra with only 95K and also looks and runs new. I will be too old to drive when I wear these out and have no interest in a new car. Love my fleet!

My husband bought our 2006 Toyota Corolla CE in 2008 it had around 30,000 miles at the time. He is still driving it today and the mileage just turned to 290,000 miles. We will be replacing this car with another one by next year! 😀
