Hey, y'all! I quite literally just purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry LE from here about 5 hours ago. It has 23,000 miles on it, warranty up to 100,000 miles, gap coverage (in case the car gets totaled), also includes coverage for wheel/tyre replacements, so yey! I don't have to pay hundreds of dollars for that stuff! :D And given how much potholes and stuff in Ohio can mess up your wheels, that's pretty awesome.
I'd like to take the time to thank Korey Whitlow (the young man who sold us the car). He was amazing and put up with my parents and I hemming and hawing over the price/financing for (seriously) like 3 hours. He was very patient with us and very accommodating. So if you're looking to get a new car, definitely go down there and ask for him. He's awesome. <3 I'm leaving him and the dealership positive reviews on ALL THE THINGS.
From the time I made my first phone call to Bedford Toyota and was connected to Peter from sales though the purchase transaction, the TOTAL experience was by far the best I’ve ever had. The whole interaction was low pressure, informative and thorough. My warning came on and I called the service department questions ning the meaning and need for repair. I was able to bring my car in then and waited about 45 mins while the battery was changed. The coffee in the waiting room was delicious! Of course the repair was done efficiently and properly.
