Very quick service. I was in and out in nothing flat. I hardly had a chance to sit down. I bought this car here too.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Simple and straightforward, the way it should be everywhere, but alas. Too many places complicate things for no reason. This felt refreshingly honest and easy.

VERY HAPPY with the car except for the embarrassing horn LOL and the fact that the car is smarter than I am technologically speaking. I'm learning new options all the time.

Wanted something roomy and sporty looking and found it in the Atlas! Very sleek and smooth riding. My salesperson, Hector Enriquez, at Street Volkswagen is the best! This is my 3rd car to buy from him!

2.5 years ago I hit a deer. With no headlight, they worked me in and took excellent care of getting my truck repaired and back to me. Recently my A/C stopped working. The condenser had failed. The condenser sits next to the radiator and had been replaced during the repair. They again replaced it at no cost to me, way past the one year mark. I am impressed with their integrity.

I am so in love with everything about the VW Atlas. Beautiful inside and out, wide chasssis, beautiful wheels, great speakers/sound, low road noice, super smooth ride! It's everything!!

Good experience with our initial visit with the dealership. The sales rep stayed in contact and had the vehicles ready when we arrived. No issues with the sale and the financial rep was professional. There was a small issue with delivery. The paperwork was suppose to be with the van upon delivery but was not with the vehicle. Also we were told that it would be fueled but was basically empty upon arrival. But overall it was a pleasant experience.

Awesome experience. My husband and I looked at practically every mid size SUV Known to man. Of all the dealerships we visited and all the sales personell we met (including two other far substandard VW dealerships), McDonalds VW ranked #1! The most respectful and helpful sales personell! Tanner and Atticus were both polished, kind, patient, and highly intelligent in their sales positions. Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. She kept me up to date as things progressed, and quickly alerted me when I needed to do something. Great experience! Called to verify availability, Chris assured me it was and set time for a test drive. While driving 2+ hrs to get there, Leo, our salesperson texted to verify the address. Leo had the truck ready, test drive, short discussion and a brief wait for finance. While waiting provided vouchers for vending machines to snack. Eric from finance made it a completely seamless transaction. 100% recommend Ferman and their entire team!
