Used 2024 Volkswagen Atlas for sale near Annapolis, MD

I just received my car back from Antwerpen VW and it was a ling process,but thanks to Mike Hooper, the process was easier. I would check on my car on a regular basis and would keep me up to date on progress which really appreciated!! 🤔

Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.

I have owned the Atlas SE 2024 for 6 months and loved it 100% the digital controls is like a smart phone, you will get used to it once you know where everything is at. The best car I have purchased in 30 years

I told my sales rep, Gerard "Cowboy" King I was going to send an email to his manager saying what a good job he did and how professional and friendly he was. But I think it would be better to post a review so everyone could see. My wife and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica PHEV this week. During the sale, we had a bit of a wait because another customer was in the finance office. Cowboy just talked to us like we were old friends. It was nice to meet someone in sales that actually likes their job and seems to enjoy working with the public. Overall I would say this was a positive experience, even after we got a flat tire on our brand new never driven van and had to take a loaner home for a day! After the purchase, we were unsure about how to claim the federal tax credit. Cowboy was instantly messaging us back, connecting us to the right people, emailing us forms, it was great to get such outstanding customer service. He sure knows a lot about these hybrid vans! I am very happy with the van and with the tax credit I think I got a great deal.

Our 24 Atlas SEL rline premium is more than we expected. The fuel efficiency and premium comfort makes this actually a great value with how expensive some of the other cars are.

I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! Everything about working with Ramon, Lamont and Melleny was terrific, the interaction way ahead of the other Honda dealerships we talked with ( among those, one wanting about $2K more for the car, another insisting we come to the dealership). The dealership makes buying a used vehicle easy. I was able to complete my transaction on-line. Once the purchase agreement was complete, Sheehy held my car until I could pick it up a few days later. The sales and finance staff (Ony and Yousef) were friendly, gave me a virtual tour of the vehicle I was considering, made sure I was able to use the financing I found preferable, and treated me equitably. The general manager (Chris) was a consummate professional and it's obvious he cares about his staff and his customers. The dealership is clean, easy to get to off the highway, and has a cafe with real food and espresso drinks (not just vending machines) - which is a perk if you're waiting for your vehicle. Shawn made sure my time at the dealership picking up my vehicle was without hassle.

Stupid accident brought me to see Mike in the body shop. Second time the garage door gouged the hatch. Mike took the car right away fixed it and cleaned it up better than when I dropped it off. Thanks Mike, great job.
